주차장 시설을 갖춘 영국 데번 호텔

Beautiful hotel in a perfect central location. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless and a perfect size for the 2 of us.

We stayed in a 1 bed lodge. The property had everything you need and the washing machine/ tumble was a great addition and we were also given a few wash sheets- bonus.It was also fully equipped with the little things that makes the stay more enjoyable/ comfortable such as kitchen roll/ tea towels/ liquid/ coffee/ tea/ milk sachets and shower gel/ shampoo. The heater in the bathroom was also great to offload wet towels from the pool. The house itself was good. The only thing that would have made it a tad better was a little bit more attention to cleanliness detail. However I am certain that had we pointed this out to staff this would have been rectified as they did with a request for change of bedding. On the flip side, if it had been overly spotless I probably wouldn’t have relaxed either with our 2 children. In all, we cannot complain for price we paid. The events put on was a lovely surprise as we didn’t expect this. This ranged from bingo, bouncy castle and a magic show. The different food vans each evening were a lovely touch. We only tried the chicken curry on a Monday evening and to be honest, we thought it lacked on flavour. The peacocks were super amazing wondering around and the three little ducks. Lovely location to go out and explore we went to Bucks Mill ( beautiful) Bute ( beautiful) and Westwood Ho! Also nice for a bit more ambient. Also, if you have children, the milkyway adventure park is a lovely addition and takes about 25 minutes.

브리스톨 공항에서 늦은 비행기에서 아들을 모으는 데본 아그터 남쪽으로 가는 길에 머물 곳이 필요해서 호텔을 예약했기 때문에 우리의 체류는 짧았고 전반적으로 호텔에 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 우리는 오전 1시 15분에 도착했고 개선할 수 있는 몇 가지 사항이 있었습니다. 매우 긴 하루와 늦은 운전 후에 매우 피곤했고, 나는 우리 방을 혼란스럽게 찾는 지침을 찾았습니다. 지침이 적힌 종이에는 건물 이름이 있었지만 어둠 속에서는 이것을 볼 수 없었기 때문에 우리 방을 찾는 데 약간의 시도와 오류가 필요했습니다. 방 자체는 욕실과 마찬가지로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다(매우 따뜻하고 창문을 열어야 하지만). 가장 큰 걱정은 주전자가 있는 것을 보았지만 수많은 곳을 검색한 후 야간 보충제를 마실 물을 마실 컵이나 유리잔을 찾지 못했습니다. 밤에 마실 것(나는 차를 얻기 위해 차로 돌아와야 했다 물병). 아침 리셉션에서 나는 방에 안경이나 컵이 있어야하는지 물었지만 접수 원은 거기에있을 것이라고 생각하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 내 방으로 돌아가서 환영 폴더를 읽을 때만 찻잔 등을 찾을 수 있는 서랍에 대한 언급을 보았습니다. 그런 다음 명확하게 표시된 것을보고 찾았습니다. 물론 이것은 내 실수였지만 일부 여행자가 밤 늦게 도착하고 기본적으로 도착 시 침대에 굴러 가고 싶어한다는 점을 염두에 두고 안경이나 뭔가가 남아 있으면 도움이 될 것입니다. 고객이 간신히 눈을 뜨면 검색할 필요가 없도록! 그래도 이 외에는 우리의 체류가 매우 즐겁다는 것을 알았고 조리된 아침 식사가 주문 즉시 신선하고 뜨겁게 만들어졌다는 사실에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박, 리셉션 영업 시간이 있으면 외부에 도착하는 사람들을 더 쉽게 만들 수 있도록 개선 할 수있는 몇 가지 사항.

우리는 가족으로서 발코니가 있는 2개의 킹룸에 머물렀고 전반적으로 호텔에는 많은 것이 있습니다. 위치는 환상적입니다 Exeter의 중심부에 있으며 모든 곳을 걷기에 적합합니다. 호텔 자체는 특히 최상층의 스카이 바가 멋지게 보입니다. 전망은 훌륭하고 음료는 매우 훌륭하며 서비스는 진정으로 친절하고 세심했습니다. 우리는 또한 아래층 레스토랑에서 약간의 니블을 잡았고 음식과 서비스 모두 견고했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 발코니는 좋은 터치였습니다. 모든 것이 현대적이고 편안하다고 느꼈습니다. 유일한 진짜 단점은 그리고 큰 것입니다 프론트 데스크 서비스입니다. 이 가격대의 호텔(특히 IHG 속성으로서)의 경우 전체 장소를 실망시켰습니다. 직원들은 느리고 특히 지식이 풍부하지 않았으며(그리고 ”가장 빠르지 않고 추가하는 것을 싫어합니다”) 때때로 매우 짧거나 무례했습니다. 체크인할 때 IHG 회원으로 늦은 체크아웃을 한다고 들었지만 나중에 돌아왔을 때 다른 직원이 우리가 무슨 말을 하는지 전혀 모르고 처리하는 방법에 대해 혼란스러워 보였습니다. 그녀는 결국 오후 12시까지 하나의 방만 제공했는데 오후 3시 체크인 후에는 실제로 적절한 늦은 체크 아웃처럼 느껴지지 않습니다. 우리는 여행을 많이 하고 여기의 프론트 데스크 경험은 표준보다 분명히 낮았습니다. 호텔의 나머지 부분(객실, 바, 레스토랑, 위치)은 정말 좋지만 열악한 프론트 오브 하우스 서비스는 우리가 가장 기억할 것입니다. 다시 머물까요? 아마도 위치와 객실 때문에 프론트 데스크 교육과 태도를 정리하기를 바랍니다.

We stayed in a family club room with our 3 year old grandson. The room was huge with 3 French doors leading to large balcony & magnificent garden & sea views. The heated pool was superb. Our only niggle would be that because of the dog friendly nature of the hotel there were perhaps naturally dog hairs on the bar/dining room & the shower could have benefitted from a deep clean. Due to the age of the hotel we accept that upgrades occur as necessary on an ongoing basis. Parking was great & all the staff were helpful & friendly. We would definitely return again.

The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation. Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before. Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

Hotel clean, breakfast had a god variety of food location is great. Unfortunately we had an issue outside our bedroom which I reported to reception in the morning as I feel it is a security issue. In the middle of the night we had a man knock on our door and he tried to get in. He was walking up and down the corridor and appeared to be drunk. He then lay outside our room and fell asleep. About 30 minutes later we heard him again knock on another door. Although we think he was probably a resident it did concern us as anyone could get access to the bedrooms as there is no security to get up the stairs. There is no swipe card access and I think this needs to be addressed as it is a safety concern.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Good location. Didn’t use amenities as wasn’t needed. Good place just to rest your head

Location is very near to Exeter Central Station. Just cross opposite with minor road but the ramp to pull up luggages into hotel is a bit old.
