아침에 체크아웃하기 전까지는 모든 게 괜찮았습니다. 그런데 리셉션 직원이 제 카드가 거부되어 28파운드의 미납금이 있다고 말했습니다. 한 달 전에 제 직불카드로 trip.com에 결제했는데, 은행에서 이미 인출되었다고 했습니다. 리셉션 직원이 매니저에게 전화해서 제 카드가 거부되어 호텔에 결제가 안 됐다고 했습니다. 다행히 영수증을 가지고 있었고, 영수증에는 결제 완료라고 명확하게 표시되어 있었습니다. 또한 제 카드가 거부되었을 리가 없다고 말했습니다. 제 은행 계좌에서 결제 금액이 인출되었으니, trip.com에서 결제가 되지 않았다고 하니 상황을 살펴보겠다고 했습니다. 상황이 너무 안타까워서 다시는 trip.com을 이용하지 않을 겁니다.

Very Disappointing Stay I booked this stay after seeing it recommended on TikTok, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. It also wasn’t in the centre of town, which made getting around less convenient than expected. The mattress was so soft it felt like I was being swallowed by it, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. The room itself was extremely hot — even after turning off the radiator it was still warm, and the only way to cool it down was by opening the window. That would’ve been fine, except the noise from the spa pumps ran all night and made it difficult to rest. We must have been given an older room because it looked nothing like the pictures we saw on TikTok. Parking was valet-only and cost £25, which felt excessive. On a positive note, the room was clean, but it was also quite small and definitely in need of an update. Overall, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Beautiful building overlooking the river and mountains Room was excellent with table and chairs to enjoy the view Breakfast was very good excellent choice of food and hot which is not always the case with buffet breakfasts so this was a real bonus Lovely friendly staff who you could easily converse with and have a laugh Have stayed here often and the people who run it now are the best

Loch long Hotel could be a lot cleaner. However, what really spoiled my stay was UK.trip.com. After I .ade the booking trip.com announced that the booking could not be varied. Then a couple of days before the due date, another anouncement about a £50 up front payment. Trip.com left a sour taste in my mouth Annoyed Gordon McDonald

장점: - 프런트 데스크의 젊은 여성 직원이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 전문적이었습니다. - 객실에 티포트와 신선한 우유를 요청했는데, 미소를 지으며 신속하게 제공해 주었습니다. - 침대 시트가 더러웠던 문제를 전문적이고 사과하는 태도로 처리해 주었고, 객실 교체를 제안받았지만 거절했습니다. 단점: - 트윈 침대 시트 두 장 모두 더러웠습니다. 한 장에는 곰팡이나 기름때가 묻어 있었습니다. 더러움이 새로 생긴 것은 아니었지만, 어떤 수준의 호텔에서도 용납할 수 없는 불쾌한 일이라고 생각합니다. - 체크아웃 시 직원이 퉁명스럽고 불친절했습니다.

This is very small botique hotel, didn't look impressive front the entrance outside hotel. The moment we went in, it is really cozy & we were greeted by very warming in house manager & booked dinner table as well. We enjoyed their breakfast and as well as dinner, very good quality. Our concern is this hotel doesn't have lift.

フェリー乗り場からも鉄道駅からも近く、街にも歩いて行ける範囲なのでとても便利でした。 洗面台が狭すぎて顔も洗えないのは唯一の難点ですが、部屋は清潔でぐっすり眠れました。 部屋に紅茶もコーヒーもミルクも置いてあったので、色々飲めて良かったです。
