주차 시설 시설을 갖춘 스페인 칸타브리아 호텔

Struttura nuovissima (aperta a fine luglio 2022) in zona periferica in prossimità delle trafficate tangenziali di Santander. Spazi comuni ampi, colorati e molto gradevoli, staff gentile ed accogliente anche se la giovanissima età tradisce in qualche occasione la poca esperienza. Stanza non molto spaziosa e piuttosto essenziale con la trovata, tanto scenografica quanto scomoda, della doccia a centro stanza e solo il wc in uno spazio piccolissimo separato. Andando in bagno potrete provare la stessa esperienza degli astronauti in una Soyuz. Buona l'insonorizzazione ma ogni tanto qualche sirena si sente. Il riposo comunque è stato perfetto ed anche i letti sono stati comodi. E' stato difficoltoso trovarlo nonostante google: l'ingresso è in una via secondaria dove però non c'è un cartello; basterebbe aggiungere un'indicazione per segnalare l'ingresso. Noi abbiamo fatto tre giri (delle tangenziali e santo navigatore!) prima di capire dove fosse l'ingresso. A due passi c'è anche una fermata bus. Parcheggio privato gratuito attorno e sotto la struttura ma non saprei se ci siano spazi sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Aria condizionata molto problematica: ci sono i termostati in camera ma non funzionano o non sono abilitati, quindi l'aria è gestita camera x camera da un pannello alla reception a cui abbiamo dovuto chiedere tre volte di accenderla, poi abbassarla e infine spegnerla x la notte perché rumorosa e fastidiosa date le dimensioni ristrette della stanza. Molto negativo Non abbiamo provato la colazione ma tutto sommato ci è sembrato un buon punto di riferimento per uno stop&go in prossimità dell'aeroporto dove effettivamente non ci sono molte alternative a Santander mentre non lo consiglierei a chi visita la città. Sicuramente la gestione giovane ha dei punti di miglioramento ma la struttura è di buon livello

호텔은 공항에서 20 분 미만, 택시로 약 20 유로입니다. 호텔은 Potting Center 바로 옆에 있으며 스위트 룸은 넓고 칫솔, 슬리퍼, 커피 머신이 있습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 간단하며 레스토랑은 바다를 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔의 반대편에는 광장이 있으며 거리를 통해 도시로 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 해변을 따라 방랑자의 조각품을 볼 수 있습니다. 항구의이 부분에는 해변이 없습니다. 산탄데르의 또 다른 상징적 인 건물 인 Magdalena Palace는 호텔에서 3km 떨어진 반도에 있으며, 도보로 1 시간, 택시로 10 분이 소요됩니다. 해변 지역이 여기 있습니다.

El hotel está bien calidad precio, la habitación es espaciosa y limpia. Está a media hora andando del centro. No nos ha gustado la atención al cliente, intentamos pedir recomendaciones y no nos supieron decir nada. Además, nos despertaron un sábado de puente a las 9:20h intentando entrar a limpiar la habitación.

Hotel acogedor con buen desayuno, limpio y cerca del centro. Muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cercanos, pero lo mejor ha sido el personal del hotel que son los que hacen este 3 estrellas subir de categoría, podría nombrarlos a todos, desde recepción, restaurante, housekeeping... gracias por ser tan encantadores y hacer mi ¨imprevista ¨ larga estancia inolvidable.

Like many people using the Ferry I've always just ridden off, or got the the queue in time. I decided to have three days here, at the end of my 2000 mile trip. Left Haro and took a detour through Frias/Ona which was fantastic. Ride through the N632 to Santander Beachfront. Got to Hotel, pay up front for room. 3rd Floor, Sea View. Reception excellent Hotel very good, but Bike outside in Moto area for three days. Good breakfast, with a number of sittings. Lots of bars, Beach is brilliant. Mercardo near Surf School. I found bar food average, but others raved about the Seafood. I would stay here again. In fact I might book for September trip.

환상적인 위치에 있는 환상적인 호텔. 호텔 로비는 크고 매력적이며 객실은 넓고 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗하며 모든 직원은 매우 도움이되고 친절했습니다. 해변/바다 앞까지 도보로 단 1분 거리에 있으며 매우 가까운 곳에 많은 레스토랑과 바가 있습니다. 만에서 도심까지의 도보는 아름답고 깨끗하고 아름다운 산책로를 따라 놀랍습니다. 대체로 매우 즐거운 숙박입니다. 나는 돌아올 것이다!!

Having spent five weeks travelling throughout Spain, and having experienced first class welcome and service at every establishment from the smallest roadside cafe, to five star hotels and restaurants, we were extremely disappointed by the ”welcome” (or lack of!!) that we received when we arrived at the Gran Hotel. No eye contact from the male receptionist, a brusque, mumbled ”hello”, and even though my command of Spanish is far better than his of English, he insisted on trying to communicate in English. We were issued with key cards, absolutely no information given to us about facilities at hotel, eyebrow raising and pen tapping when I asked my husband which dining slots he'd prefer as they had to be pre-booked, and we even had to ask where the lift was - a pointed finger directed somewhere behind us and a sharply uttered ”there” were all we got. Room was adequate - nothing special and no extras. Cheap toiletries and an expensive minibar. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were fabulous. It was a really excellent experience and the food was wonderful - very, very highly recommended. Another redeeming factor was breakfast the following morning which I must admit was first-class, apart from the female member of staff who was very hostile and unhelpful and barked at me to get out of the way so she could adjust the coffee machine which had developed a fault. In mitigation, she was run ragged as she seemed to be doing everything on her own, but was joined half way through by a very friendly and helpful male colleague which was a blessing. If only they could train their staff that they'll never get the opportunity again to make the best first impression, I'd have given this establishment 5 stars and we'd love to return, BUT, we really don't want to risk being greeted as a nuisance rather than a welcome and valued guest.

Hotel is well located with a great sea view and is nearby the city center and is perfect for a walk on the promenade. The rooms are a bit small, not amazing, functional and practical, but a bit to basic to stand out. Is a good option for a short stay in the city. Enjoy the view!

This was to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary, fantastic steak in restaurant and they made us a special celebratery desert, we chose this hotel for the swimming pools and excersise and being close to the town, and plenty of walking.

Elegí el hotel Faranda Alisas de Santander porque en las imágenes parecia un buen hotel acompañado de un precio adecuado. Al llegar al Check ing a la 13:00 nos dice el empleado Jorge que hasta las 14:30 no podemos entrar porque estaban a falta de personal de limpieza. A las 14:30 nos hace entrega de la tarjeta para acceder a la habitación, pero al llegar nos damos cuenta de que no era una tarjeta la que abre la puerta sino que una llave bajamos para solicitar aquella llave y con tal desaire me dice que tengo que esperar ya que esta atendiendo a un cliente, después de un rato me hace entrega de la llave de la puerta. Al entrar a la habitación si se le puede llamar así porque era un zulo con una única ventana que daba a un patio el cual estaba repleto de heces de palomas. Os podéis imaginar nuestra sorpresa al ver tal asquerosidad. Bajo a decirle que eso no era lo que habíamos contratado ya que ese lugar no valía 104€ la noche. Nos ofreció otra habitación la cual era totalmente igual la única diferencia es que en esta habitación si tenía una ventana que daba a la calle y por lo menos no te daba la sensación de estar en una cárcel. Por cierto volvió a confundirse en esta última habitación era una tarjeta la que abría la puerta y no una llave. Bajamos para decirle que ya que no nos ofrecía otra solución pues que nos conformábamos con ella. La misma empleada de la limpieza le sugerio que nos podía dar una habitación mejor a lo que Jorge respondió que NO con gran rotundidad y pasotismo, el cual me indigno y por tanto solicite una hoja de reclamación, porque si no te apasiona tu trabajo no te da derecho de ofrecer un trato pésimo a las personas que acuden allí para desconectar porque yo había reservado para pasar una noche increíble con mi pareja, ya que, era su cumpleaños y lo que recibimos fue un mal trato. Las demás empleadas tanto las recepcionistas como las empleadas de limpieza fueron muy educadas y agradables y solo por ellas volveríamos pero mientras siga el empleado quita ilusiones no volveremos a posar ese hotel. Por eso le doy una mala reseña porque personas como Jorge no pueden trabajar cara al público si no eres una persona profesional para realizar bien tu trabajo. No hemos tomado fotos de la primera habitación donde había heces de palomas porque queríamos irnos de allí y encontrar otro hotel pero nos dijo Jorge que no nos devolvía el dinero, por lo que no nos quedó otra opción que pasar la noche allí.

I stayed in Hotel Palacio del Mar for a couple of nights on a work trip to Santander. Over the service was good, the rooms were huge for what we paid and the location near the beach and the university was convenient. The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The rooms did feel a bit dilapidated and one of my sheets was not very clean, so some renovations and improved cleaning would be welcome, but overall the experience was good.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Easy walk to town centre for shops bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk from bus station. Hotel is spotless and toom is clean, comfy and modern either a huge bed. Plenty of storage space and room cleaned snd towels changed daily. Great restaurant downstairs where you get to eat with the locals. Super breakfast and for evening meals you are offered a 10% discount when staying at hotel. Reastaurant always buzzing. Santander itself was a lovely city with wonderful tapas bars and restaurants and an abundance of shops if that's your thing. Beautiful beaches and views across the bay to snowcapped mountains. Loved our weekend here and thrilled with our choice of hotel. Definitely a 3 star +. Highly recommend

El hotel está bien calidad precio, la habitación es espaciosa y limpia. Está a media hora andando del centro. No nos ha gustado la atención al cliente, intentamos pedir recomendaciones y no nos supieron decir nada. Además, nos despertaron un sábado de puente a las 9:20h intentando entrar a limpiar la habitación.

Recently stayed in this beautiful town on our Camino adventure. The hotel is somewhat olde world and while some reviews I had read were quite critical of the state of the rooms and indeed the service, that was not our experience. Hotel is located one block back from a magnificent beach which has a 4K promenade. Check in was seamless and receptionist was very friendly. Our room was a decent one, clean/ quiet albeit we could have done with aircon as weather was quite warm. While breakfast was served on site (typical continental breakfast), there was no facility to eat at night ( staff however provided decent recommendations). The town has multiple bars/ restaurants within 5/7 minutes walk of the hotel.
