So far, this has been the best service I've had since I started my summer holidays this year. I checked in on August 6th around 6 pm, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She communicated all the important information clearly and recommended some nice restaurants to go to and local dishes to try. The next day, there were different staff members at reception, and they always greeted me with a smile — that is priceless in a hotel. I also admired their awareness of climate change and the thoughtful suggestions and encouraging messages in the room about being more proactive on this important issue. In times like these, we need more hotels like this. When we're on vacation, it's easy to use more resources (water, electricity…) than we need because ”we're not at home,” but it's all about our main home 🌎. This boutique hotel is nicely decorated and cosy. Its location is truly convenient — just a 6-minute walk from Villach Hbf and a block or two away from the Old Town. Thank you for the lovely stay!

클라겐푸르트 시는 너무 깨끗합니다. Worthersee는 오스트리아의 유명한 호수 중 하나입니다. 비엔나와 클라겐푸르트 사이에서 모두가 마운틴 아길스의 깨끗하고 안전한 샘물을 마시고 있습니다. 야외 환경은 자연스럽고 아름답습니다. 이른 여름부터 호수는 사람들과 관광객으로 가득 차 있으며 호텔 가격은 매우 높을 것입니다. 야외 운동, 호수에서 수영, 하이킹은 매우 적합합니다. 그래서 이 순간의 겨울, 이 호텔 가격은 꽤 합리적입니다!

#好評#對隔音，酒店氣味，梳洗用品，性價比，走廊隔音滿意；可以自己煮东西吃，房间还挺大的，卫生间也大。到达之前先看看房东有没有给门禁密码，附近有很多商店，楼下也有饭馆。因为是在教堂旁边，时不时能听到教堂的钟声，有的人可能不习惯。

Wonderful service from Claudia. Set a happy and cheerful tone for a short stay. Facilities are amazing, views superb and very close to the town for food etc.

Nel complesso buon albergo con servizi ristorante parcheggio garage. Prezzo molto più alto della norma (esagerato) forse dovuto al concomitante raduno motociclistico Harvey Davidson?

매우 편안한 스튜디오 아파트. 온라인으로만 체크인 및 체크아웃하세요. 머물기 좋은 곳. 스토브를 가지고 요리를 할 수 있습니다.

호텔 위치는 기차역 바로 맞은편으로 훌륭하고 방음도 괜찮습니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 레스토랑과 KFC는 시내 중심가에서 도보로 10분 이내 거리에 있습니다. 호텔은 신축이지만, 친환경적인 특징을 내세우고 있음에도 불구하고 객실 편의시설은 매우 기본적인 수준입니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들의 영어 실력은 그다지 좋지 않았고, 서비스도 그다지 적극적이지 않았습니다.

기차역에서 1km 거리에 있습니다. 도시가 크지 않고 근처에 2~3개의 중국 레스토랑이 있습니다. 상업 중심지는 약 500m 떨어져 있습니다.
