This is a new hotel but the staff are very well experienced and knowledgeable. The rooms are super modern and very well designed. Spacious and clean with 5-star amenities and Nuxe toiletries. And the bed and pillows... 😍😍😍 The spa and facilities are very clean. Parking is available for guests which is a big plus if you're driving as the area is very busy. It's attached to a mall but has its own entrance too. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend it! I stayed there during my birthday and they surely made it very special for me. Even got me a cake and a bottle of champs. Thank you guys! Hopefully, I'll see you again soon.

호텔은 작은 냉장고와 매우 편리하고 넓은 욕실로 매우 편안하고 깨끗합니다. 1층에는 작은 테라스가 있어 흡연자에게 이상적입니다. 호텔은 해변에서 100m 떨어져 있습니다. 나는 강력히 추천한다.

Hotel muy nuevo. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y son muy cómodas. Se puede ir caminando a la fortaleza y la zona peatonal. El personal están muy amable y servicial.

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

멋진 부부가 운영되고 있으며, 구석 々까지 청소가 잘 된 감각 좋은 Vlla입니다. 발코니에서 일몰은 훌륭하고 특별한 시간을 보낼 수있었습니다. 욕실은 공용이었지만 넓고 깨끗하고 사용하기 쉬웠습니다. 수제 아침 식사도 매우 맛있었습니다. 버스 정류장에서 도보 10분 정도이지만, 언덕이나 계단을 오르기 때문에, 짐이 많은 분들은 상담을 받는 것이 좋다고 생각합니다. 근처에 크루자 산의 등산로의 입구가 있습니다. 천천히 산 정상까지 가는데 1시간 30분 정도 걸렸습니다. 경치는 물론 훌륭하지만, 산 정상에 있는 사리 살트릭 사원이라는 사원도 신성한 분위기로 멋졌습니다.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, none of the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast selection was very limited, more like a 2-star hotel in Europe. Indoor seating for breakfast was very limited, and when eating outside, people around us were smoking throughout breakfast, which made the experience quite unpleasant.
