호텔은 매우 쾌적하고 편안한 숙박을 제공했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓고 잘 관리되어 긴 하루를 보낸 후 쉽게 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 침대는 편안했고 편의 시설은 완벽하고 신중하게 준비되었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 정중했으며 항상 미소로 기꺼이 도와주어서 경험을 더욱 좋게 만들었습니다. 위치는 편리하고 인근 명소와 시설에 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 음식 옵션으로 즐거웠습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 돈을 위해 훌륭한 가치를 제공하며 가족과 친구들에게 기꺼이 추천합니다.

Everything is good but. But i’m not happy about the location. It is difficult to go to the Al masjid an Nabawi because the roads are closed. And you didn't inform me before we checked into the hotel.

Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

호텔은 모텔과 비슷합니다. 객실 바로 옆에 차를 주차할 수 있어 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 객실은 모텔보다 조금 더 고급스럽습니다. 운전만 한다면 어디든 운전할 수 있습니다. 조식은 서양 음식을 중심으로 다양합니다. 호텔 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 프런트 데스크나 레스토랑 직원 모두 매우 친절합니다. 다만 객실 요금은 호텔과 다릅니다.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.
