UPDATED, Condo that sleeps 4, steps across the yard to the famous Sapphire Beach. Our unit features a private King bedroom ensuite with walkin glass shower. We have a second full bath. Sunroom with windows looking out to the beach that has multi sleeping options for guest.The sunroom has a curtain that can be drawn for privacy for an additional sleeping space. This space has the option of a twin comfy daybed, or this daybed can be extended to make an additional king size bed. There is also a sofa, the kiddos could sleep on in the sunroom. There is plenty of seating, leather sofa with recliners and a rocking recliner and additional living room chairs. I have stocked our kitchen with plenty of everything for your choice of cooking. We have stainless appliances, coffee bar with a keurig single cup and a 12 cup pot for your pleasure. Kitchen island with seating for 4 and plenty of prep space on the other side, so the family can sit around the table and cook at the same time.The complex has a private pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. Our Sapphire Gem is just steps from the beach, provided free of charge are chairs and loungers for your use. Located on Sapphire Beach is the Beach Bar, great drinks, burgers, tacos and more, Paradise Pie, the best pizzas, The Beach Buzz, for all your coffee needs, ice cream needs and more. The taxi stand is next door. Red Hook is a half a mile away. If you don't want to leave we have you covered with fun, water activities, food and drinks. The ferry is a mile away, easy to catch and go the St John. The Marina is next to Ferry with a lot of charter excursion options. There is a good grocery store in Red Hook also. Crystal Cove is situated on Sapphire Beach (best view on island overlooking St. John and the BVIs). This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for 4 people. King size bed in primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a murphy bed in living room and another full bathroom. BOTH BATHROOMS RECENTLY FULLY RENOVATED- pictures coming soon. Open kitchen and dining for 4 with views of the ocean. Private backyard sitting area with tropical feel and grill. Beach chairs are on site and the condo complex has a large pool and 2 tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts. There is also a walking path around the pond. Exterior of beachside has been fully renovated with new windows and doors- new pics coming soon.The condo location is PERFECT- there is a beach bar on site with tropical drinks and yummy food- excellent fish tacos, burgers, salad, chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, etc. The pizza restaurant Paradise Pie is on site and serves up delicious pizzas and wings. Sea Salt is an upscale restaurant with a variety of gourmet dishes above the pizza place. Every Sunday there is live music at the beach bar. There is a coffee and ice cream shop on site and a boutique, Naia's for great souvenirs. Sudi's restaurant is a short walk away. The Sapphire marina has lots of options for day trips, jet skiing, and parasailing. Red Hook is less than a mile away with tons of food, entertainment, and shopping options. The queen size Murphy bed can be accessed here and has a curtain you can pull out to give you a little bit of privacy between it and the living area and black out curtains on the front windows. Secondly, the living room area allows plenty of seating with a sofa ( a queen size pull out) , love seat and big size TV. Dining area includes a table with comfortable seats or grab a high top stool and sit at the granite counter top. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked, has a gas stove and stainless steel appliances including a beverage cooler. Master bed room is very spacious.
