수영장 시설을 갖춘 캐나다 서스캐처원 호텔

Our stay was great, we had their amazing brunch that was sumptous and we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Good joband keep it up.

My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

호텔은 훌륭합니다. 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 표면적으로는 매우 멋지고 현대적이며 깨끗해 보이지만 자세히 보면 건설/업그레이드 작업이 저렴하고 제대로 이루어지지 않은 것을 알 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 욕실의 문은 매우 멋지게 보이지만 자세히 보면 벽과 함께 플러시되지 않으며 문은 실제로 프레임에서 매우 멀리 튀어 나와 문이 너무 비어 있기 때문에 줄을 서도록합니다. 나에게 큰 거래는 아니지만 돈을 위해 조금 더 잘하고 싶습니다. 우리는 훌륭했지만 돈 가치가없는 ”릴 로맨스”패키지도했습니다. 우리는 샴페인 한 병, 치즈 케이크 조각 및 방에 장미 몇 개를 얻었고 레스토랑에서 무료 아침 식사를 얻었습니다. 모두 좋았지 만 가격이 아닙니다. 음식은 각각 ~20이었고, 나는 일을 잘했을 더 싼 샴페인 한 병을 직접 가져올 수있었습니다. 전반적으로 좋았지 만 다시는하지 않을 것입니다.

위치는 아주 좋습니다. 워터파크가 같이 있어, 가족 단위 손님이 많아 시끄러운 편입니다. 방음이 좋지 않습니다. 호텔 구조가 복잡해서 방 찾기가 어렵습니다.

Very. I’ve facility, very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful as well as prompt services. I’d stay here again and tell my friends and family it is a great hotel.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사 룸의 직원은 환상적이었습니다. 우리는 보완적인 아침 식사가 제공되는 즐거운 경험을 한 적이 없습니다. 음식은 맛있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 직원들은 매우 즐거웠습니다. 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.

호텔 위치는 약간 편향되어 있지만 미드 타운과 같은 비즈니스 지구까지 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 객실은 새롭고 매우 크고 난방이 매우 좋으며 전자 레인지, 냉장고, 커피 머신을 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. 건강도 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 홀리데이 인 익스프레스의 일관된 표준입니다. 영양이 충분하고 문제가 없습니다. 그러나 잘 먹는 것이 좋으며 식당 아침 식사는 매우 인간적으로 포장 될 수 있습니다. 체크 아웃 할 때 프론트 데스크와 대화를 나는데, 최근 몇 년 동안 호텔에 머물렀던 유일한 중국인이었습니다.

Amazing property and staff. I stayed for five days and felt like home. The room was big and clean. I got the 8th floor and a good view from my room.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the chairs carpet and ottoman. Shower is small and curtain is too far inside the shower. No room to shower.  Beds are uncomfortable and in disrepair. Made a clink and seemed to drop every time you get in. TV stand was in rough shape and fridge was barely cold and unstable.  Carpet was also torn. Not very nice for the high price charged for for this room. This was the balcony room s.

프론트 데스크 직원인 Parth와 이야기해서 너무 기뻤습니다. 이른 체크인을 고려해 보냐고 물었더니 바로 괜찮다고 하더군요. 그는 단지 내 이름과 우리가 몇시에 거기에있을 것인지 물었습니다. 대부분의 호텔은 많은 이유로 이것을하지 않을 것입니다. 객실이 준비되지 않았습니다. 체크인을 하기 위해 오래 기다리지 않는 것이 좋았습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원 덕분에.
