'location is nice withing short walking distance to Al Haram. the view of kaabah is great. (minus the roof of Safwah Hotel that vlocks some of the MasjidilHaram compound view.'

'The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23'

'Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.'

'It was a pleasant stay here, with easy access to haram. I booked a room with a kitchen. Thankfully, I got a spacious kitchen, a large refrigerator, a living room, a bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. The location is also very strategic, connected to a mall, making it easy for us to shop. The view is beautiful. I hope we can stay here again.'

'Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.'

'My stay was really great. The room was so clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel location is 14 min walk from alharam. The hotel is located in a busy street but the room was properly isolated and was quite inside. The price was quite reasonable compared to nearby hotel. I do recommend the hotel for short term stays and for Haram visiting and Omra.'

'I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to shops and transport. Staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. There were a few small issues in the room, but nothing major. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying again.'
