위치는 Al Haram에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 매시간 셔틀 버스가 Alharam(zam-zam 타워 뒤)과 매우 가까운 Ajyad에 정차합니다. 시설과 직원은 정말 훌륭합니다. 우리는 이곳에 있는 것을 좋아했으며 꼭 다시 머물 것입니다. 가족과 함께하는 저예산 여행자에게는 가격 대비 매우 가치가 있습니다.

Masjid Al Haram에서 약 10km(10~15분)에 위치. 프론트 데스크 직원은 따뜻하고 친절하며 도움이 됩니다. 객실 요금이 매우 합리적이어서 온라인으로 사전 예약하고 지불했기 때문에 체크인은 부드럽고 빨랐습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안하며 수용 적입니다. 4인 가족, 성인 2명 및 어린이 2명에게 좋습니다.

Reception staff is efficient. We faced issue with the TV, the technical person came, then disappeared without any explanation. We call again, another person came to solve the issue. Room service offers limited menu - need to expand the selection. Overall our stay was OK.

This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead.

I had a wonderful stay at Jabal Omar Marriott. The service was top-notch, the rooms were super comfortable, and the overall experience was really delightful. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be visiting the Marriott again in the future. The combination of great service, the lovely upgrade to a suite, and the overall comfort made it an unforgettable stay.

The experience was fantastic! The staff were friendly and approachable. My only issues were that we were not told about the prayer room, for example. Or, how to access the mall or how to get a taxi. I feel that if this was communicated to us proactively, we could have made the most of our stay! We also had an issue with them not sending someone to collect our luggage, meaning we missed our train and had to find an alternative way to get to our destination on time.

My stay at Le Méridien was amazing. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with everything well prepared. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve experienced – highly recommended!

The hotel offers excellent 5-star facilities and a pleasant ambiance. The front desk staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I was able to check in about 6 hours early without any issues. The hotel is clean, and the rooms come equipped with a locker, weighing scale, and TV. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options. I’ve stayed here twice within a year. Previously, they provided a shuttle service to Ajiyad Road, which was very close to Haram. This time, however, they use larger buses that drop off at the back of the Ajiyad bus station, increasing the distance to about 500-600 meters from Haram. There are only two large buses, and they leave as soon as they are full, not strictly following the schedule. I ended up taking a taxi for 10 riyals multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent facilities. Additionally, Albaik is conveniently located just across the road.

전반적으로 위치가 만족스럽습니다. 분수 바로 옆에 있고, 밖에는 해안 산책로가 있어요. 호텔 직원도 친절합니다. 만족스럽지 못한 점이 몇 가지 있었습니다. 첫째, 첫날 밤 9시쯤에 프런트 데스크와 하우스키핑에 전화했지만 아무도 전화를 받지 않았습니다. 둘째, 미니바 가격표를 찾기가 쉽지 않고, 실제 가격도 저렴하지 않습니다. 콜라 한 병의 가격은 40샌드보다 더 비쌉니다. 미니바를 이용하고 싶다면 주의하시기 바랍니다.
