My second stay at Swissotel Makkah, and once again, it was absolutely perfect. From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The service was seamless, the room was immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I truly felt cared for throughout my entire stay. This hotel consistently delivers outstanding service and comfort. I am always impressed and will definitely be coming back again.

It’s just impressive! The room and service you get for the money you pay is insanely good! The only downside of this hotel is the drop off location, it’s kinda far from Clock tower, anything else is great

Great location 1.Easy check in. Supportive and welcoming people 2. Great breakfast and lunch buffet. Enjoyed the quality and fast 3. Shuttle service to Haram and Mall every 5-7 mins 4. 5-7 mins walk to Haram 5. Great views. Loved the rooms. Very comfortable and spacious.

It was a pleasant stay here, with easy access to haram. I booked a room with a kitchen. Thankfully, I got a spacious kitchen, a large refrigerator, a living room, a bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. The location is also very strategic, connected to a mall, making it easy for us to shop. The view is beautiful. I hope we can stay here again.

I stayed there in the same year it opened, 2023, and honestly, I was blown away by the hotel's luxury, location, the service of the staff, the overall tranquility, and the wonderful rooms. Even the food was excellent; I consider it the best I've had so far. Even if you don't stay there, I highly recommend trying Patras Restaurant. Since it was my first stay in the hotel in 2023 and I was so impressed, I went back and booked a room for my friend to try it, and I will definitely visit and stay there

My stay was really great. The room was so clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel location is 14 min walk from alharam. The hotel is located in a busy street but the room was properly isolated and was quite inside. The price was quite reasonable compared to nearby hotel. I do recommend the hotel for short term stays and for Haram visiting and Omra.

4419 주니어 스위트 카바 전망에 머물렀고 내 인생에서 내린 최고의 결정 중 하나입니다. 보기는 웅장하고 지출한 모든 달러의 가치가 있습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 모든 직원은 훌륭하고 친절합니다. P5에서 리프트를 변경해야하지만 1 층에 도착하려면 리프트가 빠르고 효율적입니다. 아침 식사와 저녁 식사를 위한 레스토랑은 거리가 조금 있지만 그렇지 않으면 모든 것이 훌륭합니다.

The location was excellent—convenient and easy to get around—while still being quiet and peaceful at night.
