What stood out the most was the outstanding service, the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it's just a short walk from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makkah!

They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. When we pick kaaba view and we see that the picture associated is clear kaaba view, the perception is the room is clear kaaba view without obstruction. However, it's disappointing to find out that the view of the romm to the kaaba was actually obstructed by a crane. This should not happe
