나는 좋은 중국 음식을 여러 번 먹었습니다. 아침 식사도 풍성합니다. 중국인 요리사가 관리하고 있어요 유일한 단점은 방에 있는 식수 수질이 너무 딱딱해서 이틀 동안 주전자를 끓이고 나면 물때가 많이 남습니다. 호텔이 개선되기를 바랍니다. 다음번에도 이곳에 묵을 예정입니다. 공항과 매우 가깝고 보안도 매우 좋습니다.

Overall experience was good. I have been going to this hotel since I was a little boy in the 90s. The good: Quality service. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and continental options. Breathtaking view. Consistency across 3 decades. The bad: Facilities are very outdated and need a big upgrade. My 4 year old played on the same swings that I played at his age. Great for nostalgia and recreating old pics. However, shows how outdated things are. In fact, some were just broken. Table tennis and squash rooms that were freely available for guests years ago are closed and replaced with some 4D entertainment which wasn't functional. Not much for recreation for a resort-type hotel. Room TVs were not smart TVs.

The location of this hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall. There are also several snack shops right downstairs, and ordering Foodpanda at night is very convenient and fast. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. Right after I booked via Trip.com, they proactively contacted me on WhatsApp to ask about my arrival time and any special needs. They even sent me a map and their precise location, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. In terms of the room, while there is no dedicated hot water system, the water temperature is naturally warm due to the hot weather in Pakistan. It feels just like a warm shower and was very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I could just message them on WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly at any time. I had a great stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

I have booked the room through Trip.com but when i arrived at the hotel, they told me to pay again to them because they didn’t receive the money from Trip.com, So i paid twice for staying once. Be careful guys.

I stayed at Hotel Dream Palace Sialkot for one night and was genuinely impressed. The experience was far beyond my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, including hand and bath towels, comb, soap, shampoo and complimentary hotel slippers. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and always available to assist whenever needed. A special mention to the Front Office and Concierge team — they were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and professional throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Dream Palace to anyone visiting Sialkot, and I would happily stay here again.
