호텔은 라호르에서 좋은 호텔로 간주됩니다. 직원은 매우 친절하고 시설은 파키스탄에서 꽤 좋습니다. 대통령이 탔던 차가 호텔 로비에 주차돼 있다. 아침 식사의 종류는 다양합니다. 침대는 매우 푹신합니다.

룸 서비스와 세탁은 정말 효율적이었습니다. 오래된 방을 쓸어 버리지 만 헤어 드라이어와 옷장이있는 아름다운 객실도 있습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동했습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았습니다. 단점은 온수가 없었습니다.

Excellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care. All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled. I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

Firs time stayed in this hotel and honestly it’s 10 on 10 . Amazing location and great atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall. There are also several snack shops right downstairs, and ordering Foodpanda at night is very convenient and fast. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. Right after I booked via Trip.com, they proactively contacted me on WhatsApp to ask about my arrival time and any special needs. They even sent me a map and their precise location, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. In terms of the room, while there is no dedicated hot water system, the water temperature is naturally warm due to the hot weather in Pakistan. It feels just like a warm shower and was very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I could just message them on WhatsApp, and they responded almost instantly at any time. I had a great stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

호텔은 라호르 공항과 가까워서 위치가 좋고, 로비에 도착하기 전에 여러 차례 보안 검사를 거쳐서 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 호텔 직원이 따뜻하게 맞아주었고, 저를 픽업해서 호텔로 데려갔습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서 제공하는 조식 뷔페와 저녁 식사는 모두 훌륭했고, 다양한 맛있는 음식을 제공했습니다. 리셉션과 레스토랑을 포함한 모든 구역의 직원들은 매우 정중하고 도움이 되었습니다. 저는 특히 모든 손님에게 최대한의 배려와 헌신으로 두드러진 무함마드 아르슬란을 언급하고 싶습니다. 그러나 개선할 수 있는 부분이 몇 가지 있습니다. 첫째, 기도당이 어색하고 깨끗하지 않은 구역에 있습니다. 저는 기도하기에 적합한 장소를 찾기 위해 고군분투하는 한 가족을 보았고, 직원들은 키블라 방향조차 알지 못했습니다. 그들은 이상적이지 않은 임원실에서 기도하게 되었습니다. 둘째, 카페와 레스토랑에는 알레르기가 있는 손님에게 중요한 아몬드나 두유와 같은 대체 식품이 부족했습니다. 치과 키트와 같은 일부 객실 편의 시설이 체크인 시 없었고, 객실 정리를 한 지 이틀 후에 나타났습니다. 수영장 사다리가 약하고 깊이가 충분하지 않아 안전 문제가 될 수 있습니다. 또한 객실의 다리미가 더럽고 부러졌으며 물이 새어 사용하기 어려웠습니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박을 했지만 이러한 문제가 해결되어 고객 경험이 더욱 향상되기를 바랍니다.

Brilliant experience and lovely staff. I had a great time and would like to come back on my next visit. Very happy with trip.com and Serena hotel . Just wow especially for my special occasion.

Very good service and hotel. A little outdate decor on 3rd floor but other than that nothing to fault.
