무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 뉴질랜드 타라나키 호텔

체크인 당일, 두 침대의 침대보에 머리카락과 얼룩(진흙?)이 묻어 있는 것을 발견했습니다. 하지만 프런트 직원에게 사진을 보여주자, 그들은 문제를 심각하게 받아들이고 신속하게 처리해 주었습니다. 우리가 외출한 사이에 방 청소가 완료되었고, 보상 차원에서 두 사람을 위한 무료 조식을 제공해 주었습니다. 그들의 긍정적인 태도와 효율적인 대응 덕분에, 우리는 그저 사고였다고 생각하며 안심할 수 있었습니다. 둘째 날, 뉴플리머스에서 무슨 자동차 경주가 열리고 있었던 것 같습니다. 아침 7시도 되기 전에, 바로 옆에서 들리는 자동차 엔진 소리에 잠에서 깼습니다. 무슨 일인지 보려고 커튼을 열어보니, 호텔 정문 바로 앞에 경주용 자동차들이 줄지어 서 있었고, 테이블과 직원들이 무언가를 등록하고 있는 모습이었습니다. 그래서 경주용 자동차들이 점점 더 많이 들어왔고, 엔진 소리와 사람들의 떠드는 소리가 아침 7시 30분까지 끊임없이 들려왔습니다. 솔직히 말해서, 저희는 매우 불쾌했습니다! 호텔에 묵으면서 편안한 휴식을 취하려는 투숙객들이 아침 일찍 그렇게 깨어나기를 기대하는 것은 아니잖아요. 만약 이런 행사를 계획했다면 예약 시 미리 모든 투숙객에게 알려서 준비하거나 감수할 수 있도록 했어야 했습니다. 그래서 그날 아침 그런 일이 있었던 후로는 다시 이 호텔에 오고 싶지 않다는 생각이 들었습니다. 죄송하지만, 아침 일찍부터 계속되는 소음 때문에 잠에서 깨서 기분이 좋지 않았고, 존중받지 못했다는 느낌도 들었습니다. 앞으로 이런 문제가 개선되기를 바랍니다.

Well ..Firstly..AS SOON AS I GOT INTO THE APARTMENT...IT WAS LIKE...””IM INSIDE AN OVEN ”..OR IN A 😓 desert !! I went all around the apartment looking for aircon....but... Trust me....NONE... SO I am actually going through menopause...and I WAS VERY 😡 upset ..I knew this very moment....””I WONT SLEEP IN THIS HEAT TONIGHT ..hot flush n then the apartment was really really 🔥 HOT...THE temp yesterday was as high as 30°c...I have pictures as evidence ..on the Facebook community page about the temp last night or yesterday.. I KEPT ON Taking short cold showers in order to get ”:some'”” Sleep.. But yes ..It was a long frustrating night for me.. Secondly..at 11.00pm..to 1135pm.WE HAD NO WIFI... I HAD TO EMAIL .TRIP.COM.. SO AFTER 25MINS ...THE WIFI WAS TURNED BACK ON... THIRDLY...fleas in ALL BEDDINGS... WE TOOK OFF THE BEDDNGS ..N SLEPT ON THE FLOOR.. Because on the bed..the fleas were biting n I brought sheets from home .. which I always do whenever I go to any hotel .. N used it to spread it ontop just to lay down on it... Well apart from all these ..everything else was fine ... But yes ..I would NEVER BOOK ACCOMODATION without aircon ...I cannot imagine ..how is it possible 🤔 esp in an area such as taranaki ...with so much heat ...n NO AIRCON...WELL THATS ALL .. U can see the photos...it's telling u..the temperature. I'm.. NOT the only one ..who felt the heat ... It's NOT JUST ABOUT MY MENOPAUSE... THE TEMP DURING SUMMER IS UNTOLERABLE for EVERYONE!@

Signage made property easy to find. Property immaculately presented inside and out. Checkin very easy, well dressed host pleasure to deal with. Room was spotless and provided everything travellers would require. VERY tiny,teeny weeny thing- no instructions on how to use the TV! If you dont have Sky at home, and given 2 remotes , very confusing. I strongly believe that host would have solved this issue if I had asked and if I hadnt been so tired, I would have asked him. But this in NO way would stop me returning or recommending this motel to fellow travellers. 5 out of 5 rating.

We went to New Plymouth for a weekend and stayed with Novotel New Plymouth. We had an excellent experience with them, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was modern and clean. We will definitely stay with them again.

The unit Is clean though a bit dated. Good bedrooms size with fairly comfortable beds. Dining area is a bit tight with a tiny round table and 2 chairs, so a family of 4 can sit at the table together. Bathroom is dated, air ventilation is quite poor, a refresh to the bathroom would be great. Carpark is an issue, limited space so we don’t drive out during evening time as we are worried not to get a park when we return.

객실 요금은 합리적입니다. 위치는 매우 중심적이므로 모든 것이 도보 거리에 있습니다. 장소는 구내 무료 주차장으로 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 간이 주방도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 기뻤습니다. 사이트 관리자도 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는이 장소를 강력히 추천합니다. 예산에 편안한 숙박 시설을 찾고 있다면 페니 가치가 있습니다! 🤗

우수한 건물 설정. 리셉션, 레스토랑, 정원 및 휴식 및 쉬운 섹션과 같은 모든 영역을 다루는 데 10분 이상이 걸렸습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 유일한 마이너스는 계단을 사용하여 1 층의 우리 방으로가는 것이었습니다. 그러나 프론트 데스크는 기꺼이 도움을 요청했습니다. 감사.

Carpark spaces also limited, but manage to get parking slot most of the time. Very near to the coast and on higher floors, definitely can see the sea view also. It’s nearby to many dining options from cafe to restaurants and also a mini supermarket. All of these shops and restaurants within walking distance.

5박에 좋은 가격. 리셉션에서 언급했듯이 룸 서비스 직원은 끊어진 수건을 교체했고 다시 사용하게 되어 기뻤습니다(욕실 카드에 나와 있는 것과는 달리 대부분의 호텔에서 표준 관행입니다). 그것은 한 방에 5일 동안 세탁물에 4개의 추가 수건이었습니다. 이 모든 것이 합쳐집니다. 저는 지구와 자동 롯지 세탁 청구서를 생각하는 것뿐입니다!

방은 오래되었지만 매우 깨끗했고 벽이 금이 가고 카펫이 더러워졌으며 화장실이 바닥에 볼트로 고정되지 않았습니다. 어떤 것도 숙박을 덜 흥분시키지 않았고 서비스 표준과 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 우리 가족에게 훌륭했고 우리는 다시 머물 것입니다.
