Perfectly located hotel with modern rooms and facilities. Would definitely stay again, friendly reception made the stay even better.

차가 없는 여행객에게 최적의 위치입니다. 기차역에서 공항까지 도보로 7분 거리에 있어 짐을 들고 갈 수 있고, 기차표는 44크로네에 불과합니다. 플뢰옌 산이나 베르겐후스, 페리 선착장, 상점가로 가는 케이블카 역까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 작은 방을 예약했는데 창문과 소파가 있는 넉넉한 크기의 방을 받았습니다. 리셉션에는 항상 직원이 상주하고 있어 문의 사항을 친절하게 안내해 줍니다. 요청 시 전기 주전자도 제공해 드립니다. 로비에서 커피는 무료로 제공됩니다. 조식도 훌륭하고, 다양하고 간단한 메뉴가 준비되어 있습니다. 베르겐을 다시 방문한다면 꼭 예약할 것입니다.

시내 중심에 위치한 공항에서 이동하기 좋은 곳이고 시내 투어 하기에 편리하고 좋았어요. 특히 아침 조식부페가 퀄리티 좋은 아주 만족스러웠던 식사 였습니다. 다음에도 다시 숙박 하고 싶어요.

체크인 시 환영 음료가 제공되는데, 정말 기분이 좋았어요. 방은 조금 작지만 크게 문제되지 않습니다. 호텔은 역에서 약 5분 거리에 있으므로, 비오는 날에는 이동이 약간 불편할 수 있습니다. 주변 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 매우 가까워서, 날씨가 맑은 날에는 더욱 편리합니다.

공항에서 경전철을 타고 역까지 이동한 후 도보로 약 10분 정도 소요됩니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓, 편의점, 레스토랑이 있습니다. 활기찬 지역에 가고 싶다면 경전철을 타고 도심으로 가세요. 그곳에는 더 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 기차역과 가까워서 도보로 접근 가능합니다. 근처에 버스 정류장이 있어서 보스 등의 지역으로 가는 버스를 탈 수 있습니다. 근처에 대형 슈퍼마켓과 여러 레스토랑이 있는 쇼핑몰이 있는데, 영업시간을 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다. 저녁에 근처를 산책하면 기분이 좋아집니다. 호텔의 공공 구역은 단순하고 우아합니다. 호스트 사무실은 좋은 서비스를 제공했고, 문제가 생기면 신속하게 해결해주었습니다(저희는 그날 에어컨과 난방 시설이 부족해서 방을 바꿔야 했습니다). 가격만 놓고 보면 가성비가 매우 좋네요~~

이곳은 매우 시원하고 방에 에어컨이 없지만 환기 시설이 없습니다. 환기할 수 있는 유일한 방법은 정원 문을 열어두고 자는 것 뿐이며, 정원은 1층에 있어 뒤로는 황량한 산을 바라보고 있습니다. . 새벽 4시에 일어나서 사람을 찾으러 갔더니 아침에 이론보러 갔는데 태도가 너무 안좋더라구요. 결국 보상으로 약간의 할인이 주어졌지만 호텔 전체의 웨이터들의 태도는 극도로 무관심했습니다. 다시는 가지 않을 것이다.

Grand Terminus Bergen is a beautiful Hotel with friendly staff and at a great location. We appreciated the extra effort in helping us celebrate our 30th anniversary. Breakfast was of a good variety and catered to different dietary requirements. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Hotel sympa Nourriture sympa, même très bien Cependant, je demandais à conserver la chambre de 11h ( heure de check out) à 20h ( demande un peu particulière), mais le manager voulait me faire payer plus cher qu' une nuit entière avec repas du soir et petit déjeuner.....pas commerçant du tout

I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic. What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.

Excellent location. 3-5min walk to tram #1 that takes you to the airport for an affordable price. Walk behind towards harbour, you will see Bryygen & fish market, all within 5-10min walk. After fish market is the 5hr ferry to flam, Norled. Train station is 15-20min walk beyond the fpuntain/pond. Room is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4, as the sofa can sleep 2. The dish washer was not cleaned out & the dishes were left quite dirty from previous guests. I did a clean up of the kitchenette & sanitised the room myself. The next guest will be pleased. They did clear the garbage daily & reception was very helpful. Washing machine was not functioning well but you can still wash. Took abt two rounds, and it's free, just buy the laundry pods from reception. A small supermarket Rema1000 is nearby and there were plenty of food choices around, incl mcdonalds. All in all, we were pleased with the lodging.
