This place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

Standard facility. Great location. Near to the international airport road. Breakfast was disappointing. Not advisable to include breakfast when booking. Otherwise, all other facilities were okay.

We had a wonderful experience at the Mercure Hotel Windhoek. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

All in all, it's a good place for a day or two. Location is not too far from everything of interest, security is good. They have a pool and sell beers when shops are closed. AC and fridge worked perfectly well. No issues with hot water as well. Staff was great. My only complaint is the twin bed in a room marked as a double - even though it was clearly stated that there are twin beds, a double should have a double bed. My sleep was not too comfy in a setup with two small beds posing as one king/queen one. But overall I had a pleasant stay. Can recommend.

나미비아에서 처음으로 머물렀던 호텔입니다. 위치는 윈드호크 시내에 있습니다. 번화한 거리는 아니지만 국립 박물관과 루터 복음 교회에서 멀지 않아 외출이 더 편리합니다. 호텔은 작지만 무료 주차 공간이 있습니다. 호텔의 집은 방갈로이며 방은 보통이며 큰 침대가 있으며 가구는 단순하지만 실용적이며 욕실에는 샤워 시설이 있습니다. 호텔 직원은 친절하고 세심하며 방의 다양한 시설과 아침 식사 서비스 시간을 참을성있게 설명합니다. 프론트 데스크의 안주인이 공항 외화 교환소에서 여권을 잃어버린 것을 알게되어 즉시 공항에 연락하여 여권을 찾는 데 도움을주었습니다. 정말 잃어버린 경우 다음 여행에 많은 문제가 발생합니다. 프론트 데스크의 안주인에게 다시 한 번 감사드립니다. 신이 당신을 축복 할 것입니다!

아침 식사는 매우 훌륭하고 다양한 종류의 뜨거운 우유와 시리얼과 같은 호텔의 환경이 훌륭합니다. 위치는 골프 코스 옆에 있으며 환경은 매우 좋습니다. 호텔에는 ATM 기계가있어 신용 카드를 직접 사용할 수 있습니다. 현지 통화를 올리지만 수수료가 있습니다. 이것은 또한 카운터에서 미국 달러를 환전하는 것보다 비용 효율적입니다. 현금 인출 수수료는 칼 3개 정도인데 기본적으로 카드를 사서 현금을 덜 쓸 수 있다. 호텔에 중식당이 있는데 맛이 좋습니다.
