무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 말레이시아 테렝가누 호텔

체크아웃할 때 정말 화가 났습니다. 친구와 함께 바다에 나갔다가 다리에 작은 상처 두 군데를 입었습니다. 호텔 클리닉에서 치료를 받았는데, 얕은 상처라 걱정할 필요 없다고 하더군요 (현장 서비스는 아주 좋았습니다). 약사에게 비용을 문의했고, 20링깃(RM) 미만이라고 여러 차례 확인시켜 안심했습니다. 그래서 그 자리에서 바로 상처 치료를 받았습니다. 요오드 소독 후 멸균 드레싱을 붙이고 항균 연고를 발라주더군요. 치료 후에는 약 두 판도 주었습니다 (20링깃에 포함된 줄 알았습니다): 혈액순환 개선 및 부기 완화 약이었습니다. 그런데 체크아웃할 때 계산서에 181링깃이 청구되어 있었습니다!!! 약사는 인쇄된 양식을 들고 로비로 달려와 이전 견적을 발뺌하며 말했습니다: 상처 소독 100링깃 (요오드, 반창고, 인건비) + 약 80링깃이라고요!!! 인민폐로 300위안에 달하는 금액이었습니다!!! 낯선 이국땅에서 두 명의 어린 여자아이들이라 감히 더 이상 따지지 못했고, 음성 증거도 없어서 어쩔 수 없이 현금 180링깃을 지불했습니다 (귀국 비행기 때문에 서둘러 가느라 영수증을 찍지 못했습니다). 당일 귀국 일정에 지장을 주고 싶지 않았습니다. 쁘렌띠안 섬 여행 전체와 호텔 서비스는 모두 훌륭했지만, 마지막 순간에 이런 일을 겪으니 마치 사기를 당한 기분이었고, 순식간에 기분이 망쳐졌습니다💢. 상처 소독할 때 100링깃이라고 했더라면 저도 받아들였을 겁니다. 하지만 이전과 이후의 가격 차이가 너무 커서 정말 할 말을 잃었습니다. 이런 불미스러운 일을 당하지 않도록 모든 비용 발생 시 반드시 증거를 보관하시길 바랍니다.

호텔에 대한 솔직한 후기입니다. 해안선과 해변은 정말 환상적입니다. 물빛과 새하얀 모래사장은 그야말로 최고급입니다. 호텔이 해변 바로 앞에 위치해 있다는 점도 좋지만, 아쉽게도 장점은 거기까지입니다. 조식은 3점 만점에 3점 이상, 점심과 저녁은 단품 메뉴로 제공되며, 가격은 다른 호텔보다 비쌉니다. 호텔 내에 오락거리도 없고, 침대 시트도 교체해주지 않습니다. 6박 동안 묵었는데, 수건과 물만 바꿔주고 바닥 청소만 해줬습니다. 수영장은 정말 최악입니다. 물이 탁하고 녹색을 띠는 걸 보니 제대로 관리되지 않는 게 분명합니다. 호텔 부지(안뜰)는 아직 공사 중이었고, 칫솔과 치약은 체크인할 때만 제공되었습니다. 제가 가져온 여분의 칫솔이 없었다면 손으로 닦아서 써야 했을 겁니다. (이런 사소한 것까지 언급했어야 했는데...) 전반적으로 휴가를 망치지는 않았지만, 다음에는 다른 호텔을 선택할 것 같습니다. 섬에는 가격 대비 품질이 더 좋은 호텔들이 많거든요.

도착 시 특별 준비를 해준 직원(Alia)에게 많은 감사를 드립니다. 제 아내는 특별한 날에 매우 놀랐고, 행복했고, 신났습니다. 보통 다른 호텔에서는 케이크 한 조각만 무료로 제공하는데, 라이아는 케이크 한 조각을 바로 줍니다. 아내의 생계. ************** & Alia & Raia 호텔 팀이 너무 많습니다. 케이크도 맛있고, 방에 코끼리 장식도 너무 귀엽고, 아이들도 너무 행복해요. 도착하고 한참 뒤에도 프론트 데스크에서 계속 전화해서 객실의 편안함이나 부족한 점에 대해 물어봤습니다. 다음날도 마찬가지다. 하지만 저희는 매우 만족하고 있으며 방도 만족스러울 것이 하나도 없습니다. 모든 노력과 환대에 대해 Raia K. 위치는 좋은데 호텔이 좀 낡았습니다. 객실에는 비누, 샤워 젤, 샴푸 등의 기본 편의용품이 제공됩니다. 칫솔, 펜, 종이는 없습니다. 하지만 방은 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 아침 식사 선택은 선택할 수 있는 다양한 음식으로 훌륭하지만 특히 성수기에는 좌석 공간이 제한되어 있습니다. 좋은 점은 호텔에서 도보 거리에 KTCC 쇼핑몰이 있다는 점입니다. 아름다운 저녁을 즐기기 위해 해변으로 걸어갈 수도 있고 근처에 많은 식당이 있습니다.

The room and overall environment were beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. However, during my stay, I experienced several issues with the water supply in the bathroom. The problem happened multiple times, and I had to contact the maintenance staff more than five times. There were even some misunderstandings and discussions regarding fixing the issue and changing rooms. Thankfully, the staff managed the situation professionally in the end and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again in the future, hoping for an even better experience next time!

The stay was only for one night but it left me with a lasting impression that this will not be my last stay here…  Location was great 👍 nearby 2 major malls in Kuala Trengganu ie KTCC & Mayang Mall. Food outlets are ample situated within the vicinity. Room was spacious and basic amenities well provided. Bed was so plushy & comfy. Mostly, I was impressed with the bathroom… elevated from room floor with ample space for toilet & shower. Most hotels nearby will have problem with parking but here, no worries about parking as there are ample parking space behind the hotel with minimum daily rate. Overall, a satisfying stay and will repeat stay for future trips.

I stayed at this modest 2.5-star hotel for a short solo trip, booking a single queen bedroom with fairly grounded expectations—and overall, it delivered exactly what that rating implies: functional, slightly worn, but serviceable if you’re not chasing luxury. The room itself was compact but not claustrophobic. The queen bed was the highlight—surprisingly comfortable with decent mattress support, though the linens felt a bit overused and lacked that crisp, fresh-hotel feel. Pillows were average at best; not terrible, but not something you’d sink into after a long day. Cleanliness was acceptable on the surface—floors swept, bathroom usable—but closer inspection revealed minor lapses like faint stains on the curtains and dust gathering in less obvious corners. The bathroom was small and purely utilitarian. Water pressure was inconsistent, fluctuating between decent and frustrating, and the hot water took its time to stabilize. Basic toiletries were provided, but clearly low-tier. Towels were clean but slightly rough, suggesting they’ve been through too many wash cycles. Amenities were minimal: a small TV with limited channels, a kettle, and a couple of power outlets (not ideally placed). Wi-Fi was available but unreliable during peak hours, which could be an issue if you rely on it for work or streaming. Service was polite but not particularly proactive. Check-in was smooth, staff were courteous when approached, but there was little initiative in anticipating guest needs. Housekeeping did the bare minimum—bed made, trash cleared—but didn’t go beyond that. Noise insulation was mediocre. Depending on your room location, you might hear hallway movement or distant traffic, which can interrupt sleep if you’re a light sleeper. In summary, this is a no-frills, budget-friendly stay that meets basic needs without exceeding expectations. It’s suitable for short stays, solo travelers, or anyone prioritizing cost over comfort. Just don’t walk in expecting refinement—you’re paying for practicality, not polish.

위치는 정말 좋았어요. 호텔이 다소 오래되긴 했지만, 필요한 비품(예: 기도 매트, 다리미, 다리미판, 생수)이 모두 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 밤에도 조용해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었고, 그랩(Grab) 택시를 이용해 어디든 쉽게 이동할 수 있었어요. 가격도 저렴한 편이었고요. 조식은 평범했지만, 전체적으로 가격 대비 아주 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

전망이 훌륭하고, 직원들이 도움이 되고, 음식도 맛있습니다.. 다시 반복하겠습니다. 시골 지역에 있었기 때문에 도시의 번잡함에서 벗어나 훌륭한 탈출구였습니다. 근처에 현지 레스토랑이 많고 저녁 식사에 아주 좋습니다.

Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average.
