This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town. This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent.

모로코에서 처음으로 들른 곳인데 지붕이 완벽했어요. 메디나의 좋은 위치, 깨끗했고, 테라스에서 설명한 대로 훌륭한 아침 식사를 제공했고 차가운 여과수도 제공했어요! 운전기사가 우리를 올바른 장소에 내려주지 않았지만 Emmad가 누군가를 보내서 짐을 계단 위로 옮기는 것을 도와주었어요. 계단을 오르지 않으려면 리아드에 연락해서 길을 물어보세요! 소통이 쉬웠어요. Emmad도 도와주었고, 페스와 메르주가로 가는 다음 여정을 위한 훌륭한 운전기사와 가이드를 추천해줬어요. 특히 시간이 많지 않았고 우리 중 한 명이 임신 중이었기 때문에 매우 도움이 됐어요. 강력히 추천합니다!

Great breakfast, great service from great people. The location is in the Medina near the waterfalls. Good rooftop views from the terrace.

호텔의 위치는 구시 가지의 혼잡 한 골목에 있으며, 30 분 전에 발견되어 절망적입니다. 그러나 들어간 후 시설은 특히 좋으며 객실은 매우 고급 스럽다고 말할 수 있습니다. 호텔의 서비스는 충분히 인간적이지 않으며 의사 소통 정신이 없습니다.

Location is OK, 5 mins walk from main train station. Old and poor maintained room and facilities. Front desk staff was attentive and efficient. Breakfast was just OK.

Perfect location if you travel all around Morocco: right next to the train station (you can get to Rabat in 1:20 and to Casablanca in 2:10) and a square where you can take a taxi to Tetouan (1 hour ride). Beach is a 3-minute walk away. Old city is about 2,5 km away. Room was quite spacious and clean. Big bathroom. However, water regulators in both showers didn't work properly. Water always was too hot. They kind of fixed it on the second day. However, water still was very warm. Taking a cold shower wasn't possible. Nice sea view from the restraunt at the top floor. Breakfast was there too and it was way below expectations for 5-star hotel. A lot of baking but no salmon (which is common in 5-star hotels) and too few drinks, fruit and protein-rich meals. Sure, we could order an omelete with additions (like beef, cheese, tomatoes etc.), but some staff didn't speak English, so sometimes ordering was frustrating.

The Riad is located near the medina, close to the main attractions, but not in a busy street, which makes it perfect for a family trip. The Riad is super clean, and the rooms are well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The service is great and we appreciate the good treatment. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to visit Chauen with the family or with a couple.
