무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 스리랑카 북중부 주 호텔

It was a pleasant place to stay fora couple of days. There was a problem when I arrived and I had to stay in a poorer quality room for the first night.

This was a great location in Polonnaruwa. We loved all the services provided. The hotel had a great garden and I would say this is one of the best hotel gardens ever experienced in Sri Lanka. I specially thank front office “Hansika” which she was very proactive in helping out, also her wonderful customer service to all of us stayed at the hotel. We also would like to thank “Dilshan” for his services throughout dining. We wish both of these staff very well and hope to come back soon. Also would definitely recommend the place for wonderful stay with fantastic views over Parakrama Samdudraya.

Расположен неплохо: полчаса пешком от автостанции (2 км), на тук-туке 300 рупий (85 руб), это общая цена для такого расстояния по всей стране для ориентира. По этой самой центральной дороге вся местная инфраструктура: пара супермаркетов, банкоматы, множество лавок с едой, одеждой, мелочами, чуть далее рынок и торговля фруктами. К отелю ведет боковая дорога, основной ориентир к нему - местная больница. На углу поворота к отелю местная едальня, которую хвалили в отзывах, мы там не ели, поэтому ничего сказать не могу, но местные там сидели каждый вечер. У отеля тихая дорога, большие машины там не ходят, симпатичная зеленая территория. Нас сразу заселили. Если нужно, кормят завтраком, у нас с собой была еда из дома, поэтому мы завтрак не заказывали. Чайника в номере нет, но по запросу хозяйка приносит большой заварочный чайник с горячей водой и чашками. Холодильника в номере тоже нет, но главное есть кондиционер. Комплиментарная бутылка воды, есть фумигатор - сразу включайте. Есть мыло, шампунь, жидкое мыло для рук. Отель предлагает спа, обширную развлекательную программу: аренда транспорта, экскурсии, сафари. Сами ничем не пользовались, гуляли сами, но сделала фото с ценами для информации. Что стоит учитывать: - всего одна розетка, берите свой тройник; - сильный запах нафталина в ванной, скорее всего, или борются с насекомыми, или с запахом/плесенью из труб; - ванная визуально требует ремонта (пятна от плесени и т.п.), но скорее всего он поможет ненадолго, т.к. такой климат и с этим надо просто смириться и расслабиться.

저는 더블 디럭스 킹베드룸 3개와 호수 전망 객실을 예약했는데, 다음과 같은 이유로 불만족스러웠습니다. 예약한 객실과 실제 배정받은 객실이 달랐습니다. 호텔 측에서는 사진이 잘못됐다고 했지만, 웹사이트에는 여전히 같은 사진이 올라와 있으니 예약 후 배정받은 객실을 꼭 확인하세요. 3개의 객실 중 1개만 호수 전망이었고, 나머지 2개는 호수 전망이 아니었습니다. 한 객실의 TV는 작동하지 않았습니다. 3개의 객실 모두 개선이 필요해 보였습니다. 제가 예약했던 객실 사진을 첨부했습니다. 도착 24시간 전에 프런트 데스크에 사파리 투어 가격을 문의했는데, 다음 날 저녁 9시에야 답변을 받았습니다. 1~2일만 숙박하는 경우라면 너무 늦은 답변입니다. 디럭스 호수 전망 객실을 예약하고 결제할 때 객실 정보가 정확한지 꼭 확인하세요. 반면, 조식과 저녁 메뉴는 다양하고 맛있었습니다.

Overall friendly service and helped us book tours to the temples. However, really bad WiFi in the rooms. Bedsheets weren’t that clean. Bathroom floor was kind of sticky at first, as if they cleaned it with sugar water. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast since it’s just white toast, an egg, one cherry tomato fried, and 4 sticks of French fries. The overall design of the hotel is very nice tho with a big tropical yard. For one or two nights it’s totally ok.

La struttura è situata davanti al lago. Immersa nella natura è molto suggestiva. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 18 e purtroppo la piscina chiudeva alle 18:30 per cui non abbiamo avuto tempo di testarla. Offrono servizio di spa gratuita ma i massaggi sono a pagamento. Il ristorante è ben fornito di alcolici, si mangia discretamente a buffet cucina sia tipica asiatica che internazionale a circa 15€ a persona. Anche la colazione è a buffet; si trovano prodotti dolci/salati e uova cotte al momento. La nostra stanza (matrimoniale deluxe) era molto carina, su due livelli: nella parte inferiore il bagno ha un concept particolare. Una porta scorrevole ti porta direttamente nella stanza per metà a tetto coperto solo da una retina. Tutto molto bello ma poco pratico e soprattutto c’è il rischio di trovare molti insetti, come nel nostro caso. Nella parte superiore c’è la stanza da letto, molto confortevole. La tappezzeria non è del tutto pulita e questo va in contrasto con tutta la struttura.

A lovely little homestay, very convenient for visiting the Pollonaruwa ancient city. It’s not a tourist town but worth a visit for a taste of central Sri Lanka. The family were very helpful and welcoming, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. It’s a bit of a distance from town but there’s a very nice walk along the lake that takes you right to the ticket office.

Rooms were ok, beds were very squeaky, when asked to change they were quick to resolve. Changed rooms and the bed linen in the new room had stains. Lucky there were two beds one room so just slept in that. Left as soon as we could. Never again
