방이 꽤 넓고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 원하는 조명 색깔도 고를 수 있어서 좋았고요. 위치는 번화가지만 조용한 곳에 있어서 괜찮았어요. 주변에 식당이랑 슈퍼마켓도 많았는데, 특히 충칭 음식점이 맛있었어요. 호텔 바로 맞은편에 공항버스 정류장도 있어서 편리했어요.

다음 날 오후 1시에 귀국 비행기라 4시간 전에 공항에 도착할 계획이었어요. 그래서 공항 근처에서 하룻밤 묵기로 했는데, 정말 편리했습니다! 로마 테르미니역에서 기차를 타고 바로 올 수 있었고, 기차역 내리자마자 호텔이었어요! 기차편이 적으면 익스프레스를 타고 공항역까지 가서 한 정거장만 다시 오면 됩니다! 호텔 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있고, 레스토랑, 버거킹 등 모든 것이 다 있어요. 공항 셔틀 서비스도 제공하는데, 1인당 6유로로 기차 한 정거장 요금과 같아서 매우 가성비가 좋았습니다! 처음에는 두 명으로 예약했는데, 나중에 다른 친구도 같은 비행기로 귀국하게 되어서 호텔에 몇십 유로 더 내고 침대 추가가 가능한지 물어봤었어요.

호텔은 비교적 새롭고, 인테리어도 잘 되어 있으며, 위치도 좋고, 직원들도 친절합니다. 가장 큰 문제는 너무 시끄럽다는 것입니다. 창문이 방음이 전혀 안 되어 귀마개를 해도 매일 6~7시쯤 소음 때문에 잠에서 깼습니다. 화장실 변기는 사이펀 방식이 아니라 여러 번 물을 내려야 했습니다. 샤워실 문턱이 너무 낮고 제대로 닫히지 않아 샤워할 때 물이 밖으로 다 새어 나왔습니다. 샤워기가 고정되어 있어 높이 조절이 안 되는 점도 매우 불편했습니다. 침대 옆 스위치가 안으로 들어가 있어서 손을 뻗어 켜고 끄기 불편했는데, 이 디자인도 정말 실망스러웠습니다.

사전에 신혼여행이라고 말씀드리니 너무나 감사하게도 샴페인 선물을 받았어요!! 이것부터가 너무나 기분이 좋았고 체크인 할때도 친절히 대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 그리고 깜짝선물은 피자한조각 쿠폰도 너무나 센스있었구요 ㅋㅋ 건물이야 뭐 오래되었으니 방음은 어느정도 감수했어요. 다행히 윗방 투숙객이 조용했는지 생각보다 큰 소음은 없었는데 옆방... 목소리는 간혹 들리더라구요. 처음에는 1.5층? 이라 위치 찾는게 어렸는데 적응되니 엘베도 필요없이 바로 계단으로 가면되서 오히려 이게 더 편했습니다. 조식도 무난합니다!! 다만 떼르미니역에서 오는 길이 좀 음침하고 노숙자가 있어서 안봐도 되는 꼴을 몇 번 보기는 했습니다 ㅠㅠ

교통편이 정말 편리했어요. Fiumicino 공항 레오나르도 파르코역에서 내리면 횡단보도 하나 건너면 바로 로비였고, 옆에는 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 저녁거리를 사기에 아주 좋았습니다. 다음날 FCO 공항까지 6유로 셔틀도 시간 맞춰 정확하게 왔고요. 다만, 도시세가 6유로로 올랐더라고요.

리리뷰어두 번째로 이 숙소에 묵었는데, 이번에도 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 6인용 방갈로를 선택했는데, 특히 주방에 접시와 조리 도구가 잘 갖춰져 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 주방에서 유일하게 아쉬운 점은 세척제와 도구가 부족하다는 것이었습니다. 방갈로는 오래된 느낌이 들긴 했지만, 여전히 매우 깨끗했습니다. 가성비는 여전히 훌륭합니다. 다만, 시내 중심가와의 거리가 조금 아쉽습니다. 셔틀 서비스가 잘 되어 있어서 불편했지만, 충분히 감수할 만한 수준이었습니다.

DdisasterEXEHotel Caravel은 Stazione Garbatella에서 몇 블록 떨어져 있습니다. 직원들은 스페인어, 영어, 이탈리아어(아마도 다른 언어도)를 구사합니다. 저는 아버지와 함께 Caravel에 7일 동안 머물 수 있는 기회가 있었고, 그들은 아버지의 요구 사항에 매우 잘 대응해 주었습니다(노트북을 안전하게 보관하고 밤에 차를 마실 수 있도록 전기 주전자를 제공해 주었습니다). 또한 전기 플러그 어댑터가 있으며, 제3자 세탁 서비스도 제공합니다. 호텔에는 접근 가능한 경사로가 있으며, 이 장소에는 의류 매장, 바, 조식 바, 레스토랑이 있습니다. 조식 뷔페는 매우 다양하며 일부 음식은 직접 만들었습니다. 다음에 로마를 방문할 때는 이 호텔에 머물 수 있기를 바랍니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 조식(거의 매일 먹었습니다)이 이 사진에 나와 있습니다.

SSk11콜로세움, 판테온,트레비 분수, 스페인 광장등 로마의 대표 관광지가 모두 도보로 15분 정도 안에 있었습니다. 또한 객실이 리모델링이 되어 이전의 사진 보다 훨씬 깔끔하고 현대적이었습니다. 주변에 다양한 식당과 슈퍼가 많이 있어 4일 동안 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

梁梁志彦호텔의 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 로마의 트레비 분수 바로 옆에 있고 쇼핑센터와도 매우 가깝습니다. 하지만 호텔은 좁은 골목길에 위치해 있으며, 객실은 같은 건물이 아니라 50m 떨어진 다른 건물의 최상층에 있습니다. 울퉁불퉁한 도로에서 짐을 끌고 다니는 것은 가방에 매우 큰 피해를 줍니다. 우리가 사는 건물은 매우 오래되었습니다. 엘리베이터는 매우 작아서 두 사람만 탑승할 수 있습니다. 또한, 특정 층의 문이 제대로 닫히지 않으면 엘리베이터가 움직이지 않아 1분마다 5개의 계단을 올라가야 합니다. 객실은 괜찮았지만 샤워기 물의 온도 조절이 어려웠습니다. 너무 뜨겁거나 너무 차가웠습니다. 방에 개미가 있었고, 전날 밤에 사 온 당고 케이크는 망가졌고, 더 심한 것은 주전자의 물에 침전물이 많이 있어서 이틀 동안 뜨거운 물을 마실 수 없었습니다. 프런트 데스크 서비스는 매우 일반적입니다. 2박에 2,000위안이 넘게 썼는데 완전 낭비였어요. 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

리리뷰어An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
