호텔에서 너무 잘 쉬었어요. 특히나 호텔 어메니티의 향기가 너무 좋아서 여행하느라 쌓인 피로가 샤워하면서 풀렸어요. 쉬기에 좋고, 직원들도 너무 친절하고 호텔 키는 열쇠였는데 유럽 감성이 나서 좋았어요 역에서도 멀지않아요 😊
I had an absolutely relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short and easy walk from the station, which made getting around so convenient. The scent of the amenities was amazing, turning my shower into a spa-like experience and melting away all the fatigue from my travels. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. I also loved that the room key was a traditional key, adding a lovely European charm to my stay. I would be more than happy to return here on my next trip! 😊

만약 별점 6개를 줄 수 있다면 기꺼이 이 호텔에 줬을 거예요. 모든 면에서 기대 이상이었고, 호텔 내부는 그야말로 예술 작품 같았습니다. 모던함과 우아함이 어우러져 어디든 아름답게 꾸며져 있고 디자인도 훌륭합니다. 객실은 정말 편안하고 깔끔했으며, 사용된 자재도 고품질이었습니다. 직원들은 우리가 잘 환영받고 모든 필요가 충족되도록 최선을 다합니다. 위치도 주요 명소와 기차/지하철역에 가까워서 환상적입니다. 특히 방음 시설이 정말 마음에 들었는데, 다른 호텔, 특히 인기 많은 5성급 호텔에서는 부족했던 부분이거든요.

방 크기는 적당했고, 침대도 딱딱하지 않아 편안했습니다. 화장실에는 비데가 있어서 아주 편리했어요. 복도는 좁고 다소 시끄러웠습니다. 청소는 정말 꼼꼼했어요. 유럽인 청소 아주머니께서 수건으로 바닥을 닦는 모습을 제가 직접 봤을 정도니까요. 주요 관광지까지는 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였습니다. 예를 들어 콜로세움까지는 15분 정도 걸렸는데, 길거리 구경을 하며 걸으니 전혀 힘들지 않았어요. 기차역도 걸어서 5분 거리로 매우 가까웠습니다.

리뷰가 좋아서 숙박했는데 진짜 진짜 좋아요 역에서 거리도 가깝고 코인 세탁할 수 있어서 정말 너무 편했구요 조식은 조식먹으러 다시 오고싶을만큼 맛있었어요 😊 객실도 너무 편하고 물도 공짜로 주고 제공해주는 서비스가 많았구요. 직원들도 정말 친절했어요. 시설도 세련되고 없는게 없었어요. 다음에 로마에 온다면 또 오고싶어요!

I chose this hotel based on the great reviews, and it truly lived up to the hype! The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the station. Having coin laundry on-site made my stay so much easier. The breakfast was absolutely delicious; I’d happily come back just for that. 😊 The room was very comfortable, with complimentary water and plenty of thoughtful amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were modern and well-equipped. If I return to Rome, I’ll definitely stay here again!

테르미니 기차역까지의 거리는 도보로 12분 정도면 충분해서 아침저녁으로 기차를 이용하는 분들에게 매우 적합합니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있지만, 옆 건물 3층에 위치해 있어 짐을 들고 다니기가 매우 불편합니다. 방음은 보통 수준이며, 프런트 데스크 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the Vatican, the metro, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket.
The bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean. Took a while to work out the air conditioner as the room was hot for guests used to a colder climate! The small breakfast offered for delivery to the room for €5 was delicious and enough to fuel a morning of exploring.
The best part of the hotel though has to be the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and nice.
Definitely recommend and excellent value.

샤워실 유리문의 사소한 디자인 결함으로 샤워 후 문 밖이 물에 젖는 것을 제외하면 모든 것이 꽤 좋았습니다. 객실에는 작은 테라스가 있어 흡연자에게 안성맞춤이었습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 작은 냉장고까지 갖춰져 있었습니다. 트레비 분수까지는 도보로 10분, 콜로세움까지는 도보로 약 20분 거리로 매우 편리한 위치입니다.

We had a great time here. Room was perfect, very clean and elegant. Really worth the money. Owner was very kind and accommodated all our requests.
Location is just 5min away from metro station and there is bus stop right opposite as well.

9월 20일부터 23일까지 객실을 예약했습니다. 로마 중앙역인 테르미니와 매우 가까워서 교통이 매우 편리했습니다. 9월 22일 시위로 인해 지하철이 운행이 중단되어 콜로세움까지 도보로 20분 정도밖에 걸리지 않았습니다.
5분 거리에 Carefour 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 필요한 물품을 많이 살 수 있습니다.
객실은 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었고 수건도 충분했지만, 시대가 변해서 칫솔은 모든 호텔에 제공되지 않는 것 같습니다.
에어컨은 충분했는데, 가을에 도착했기 때문에 큰 문제는 아니었습니다. 여름에는 시원하지 않을 수도 있습니다.
수면의 질도 매우 좋았지만, 담요가 없어서 옷을 입은 채로 잤습니다. 옷장에 펠트 담요가 몇 개 있었지만 비닐봉지에 담겨 있어서 사용하지 않았습니다.
아침 식사는 옥상 정원에서 제공되었는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다.
욕실은 매우 깨끗했고, 뜨거운 물이 동시에 나오는 샤워기가 두 개 있었습니다.

DdisasterEXEHotel Caravel은 Stazione Garbatella에서 몇 블록 떨어져 있습니다. 직원들은 스페인어, 영어, 이탈리아어(아마도 다른 언어도)를 구사합니다. 저는 아버지와 함께 Caravel에 7일 동안 머물 수 있는 기회가 있었고, 그들은 아버지의 요구 사항에 매우 잘 대응해 주었습니다(노트북을 안전하게 보관하고 밤에 차를 마실 수 있도록 전기 주전자를 제공해 주었습니다). 또한 전기 플러그 어댑터가 있으며, 제3자 세탁 서비스도 제공합니다. 호텔에는 접근 가능한 경사로가 있으며, 이 장소에는 의류 매장, 바, 조식 바, 레스토랑이 있습니다. 조식 뷔페는 매우 다양하며 일부 음식은 직접 만들었습니다.
다음에 로마를 방문할 때는 이 호텔에 머물 수 있기를 바랍니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 조식(거의 매일 먹었습니다)이 이 사진에 나와 있습니다.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome.
Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights.
The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom.
Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows.
Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other.
We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request.
As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee.
Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial.
House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without.
Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.
