It is an excellent place, even for families. It is close to the train station, and every spot in Trani is close, less than a 15-minute walk. The breakfast is amazing, like a buffer. I enjoyed my five-day reservation.

로마에서 한인민박 지내다가 가서 진짜 전 모든게 만족 스러웠습니다. 너무 친철한 호스트와 깔끔한 숙소, 테라스까지 만족 그 자체....라마모나칠레해변까지는 걸어서 10-15분 정도로 전 걸어다니는데 큰 불편함이 없었고 하루에도 몇번씩 숙소를 왔다갔다 했습니다. 역도 가까워서 접근성이 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문하게 되면 다시 만나요 사장님! Ciao!!

훌륭한 경험. 멋진 호텔, 편안한 객실 및 매우 친절한 직원과 항상 모든 요구를 충족시킬 준비가 되어 있습니다. 아주 좋은 아침 식사와 특히 우리가 만난 직원. 아침 아침 식사의 두 소녀는 가치가 있었고, 그들은 우리에게 무엇을 볼 것인지, 바다의 장소 등, 동정, 교육 및 가보와 함께 구조에 대한 진정한 부가 가치에 대해 조언했습니다.

Hotel bello e accogliente. Posizione sul lungo mare di Taranto super.
Camera matrimoniale standard “vecchia” ma ben tenuta. Colazione ben fornita sia di robe dolci che di salato.
Possibilista di parcheggiare la propria macchina nel parcheggio privato della struttura.
Si vede che sono in corso ancora dei lavori di rinnovamento in alcune parti della struttura. Sicuramente consigliato per un soggiorno a Taranto.

리리뷰어Unfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

리리뷰어Overall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

ММарияМатковичIt is a room on the 3rd floor in the flat with 6 rooms and two shared bathrooms. I missed informatiin about shared bathrooms and please pay attention on it. I occupied room number 3 .It was not big, but clean and convenient. It consists of air conditioner, which works very good, tv, small fridge and shellfs for clothes, table, kettle and small coffee machines with few tea bags and coffee capsuled. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Window were opened in the inner yard, not to the outside. Bathrooms were clean, they were cleaned by cleaner on daily basis. I got pack of towels-3 pieces. I stayed in this flat for 7 nights, towels were changed once per the whole period, for free. They have reception on the other Street, not far from property, if you want to pay for something by cash. I came late at night, in the entrance day I got link, by which I opened entrance door and also door to the flat. Near my room there was a black bok with keyd from my room and also from entrance door and door to the flat. Helpdesk is avaulable from 9 to 21 every day, they are answering questions fast and friendly. I asked for late check out, but it is possible to order it only till 1.30 PM, if you need to leave later, need to purchase the full night. Thanks a lot for owner and staff, all was perfect! Shared bathroom for me is not the best choice, but it was my mistake that I missed it in deception ... Location is very convenient, near old town and centrun. 10 mins on foot to reach Basilica of St Nicola. Many thanks 🙏

Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.
On both the 2nd and 3rd fll
Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed.
The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

MMary Kang이 숙소에서 Trullo에 머무르는 것은 얼마나 놀라운 경험입니까! 남편과 나는 Puglia의 비수기의 시작인 11월 중순에 숙박을 예약했습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 컨시어지 / 관리자 인 Ugo는 우리를 로프트 / 우수한 숙박 시설로 친절하게 업그레이드했습니다. 환상적이었어요! 그는 개인적으로 우리를 매력적인 Trullo로 안내했습니다. 이곳은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗할 뿐만 아니라 역사적이고 고풍스러운 구조임에도 불구하고 완전히 현대화되었습니다. 우리는 대리석 바닥이 가열되고 매우 토스트하다는 것을 알기 위해 쌀쌀한 날에 도착했습니다! 퀸 사이즈 침대는 편안했고 업데이트된 욕실은 거대했고 거대한 샤워 시설이 있었습니다. 작은 주거용 주택에는 장기간 머물려면 시설이 잘 갖추어진 현대적인 주방도 있었습니다.
마지막으로 체크아웃할 때 작은 보석 상자를 욕실에 두고 왔습니다. 우리는 기차역까지 택시로 20분을 탔고, 분명히 Ugo는 타는 동안 운전사에게 연락하여 상자를 찾았다고 알려주려고 했습니다. 결국 다음 호텔에서 내 감독을 발견하고 우고에게 연락했을 때 그는 친절하게 내 보석을 미국에 있는 내 집으로 배송했습니다. 나는 이 속성이나 그 관리를 충분히 높이 평가할 수 없습니다. 주저하지 말고 여기에 머무르십시오!

TTamara DinkaI quite liked the apartment! It is modern, well-designed and has a proper balcony with a view. The room is super spacious and you can endlessly relax there. It is near the main railway station and basically in the center, and you can get on foot easily and everywhere!
I personally recommend breakfast at the balcony in the early morning:)

리리뷰어The rooms were clean and the breakfast, gym and pool were great. However, the reception could have been more attentive and welcoming. It would have been helpful if they explained where the facilities were, like the gym, pool and free bike hire. They also have a coin laundry but no coin exchange machine, and the reception would not change coins for us even though they clearly had some. Overall it felt like we had to chase up services that should have been made easily available.

MMSim83The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night.
The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.
