Good and clean rooms with all required service in budget friendly

친절한 데스크와 훌륭한 위치가 있는 호텔입니다. 할레 안에서 묵기에는 괜찮은 곳으로 생각합니다. 최신이나 모던이진 않아도, 깔끔한 시설을 가지고 있습니다. 중앙역에서 도보 이동 시 계단을 지나가야 해 무거운 캐리어가 있다면 트램 선로 방향으로 돌아서 올라오는 것이 좋아보입니다.

Zimmer war sauber. Dusche nicht so angenehm, da die Temperatur nicht immer gleich bleibt.

The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.
