호텔은 4성급 수준으로 훌륭하고, 아침 식사도 훌륭하며, 수영장/체육관도 있습니다(크지 않음). 이번에는 조식이 포함된 주문이었지만 호텔 측에서는 이용할 수 없다고 했으나 고객센터에서 신속하게 처리해 주시고 원활하게 해결해 주셨습니다.

A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

예약하기 전에 여기 음식이 별로라고 하시는 분들을 많이 봤는데 많이 떨렸어요. 조식뷔페를 먹어보니 괜찮은데 종류가 많지는 않았지만 퀄리티는 괜찮았습니다. 불평할 수 있는 시설입니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 따로 분리되어 있지 않습니다. 그 당시에는 디자인이 고려되지 않은 것은 이해할 수 있습니다. 그런데 이해할 수 없는 것은 샤워커튼을 추가하면 안 될까요? 목욕을 하고 나면 욕실에 물이 튀고 엉망이 되었습니다. 나중에 화장실을 이용하거나 양치질을 하고 싶으면 들어가야 합니다.

Property location- Prime and all basic amenities within reach. Parking space- Congested Food- Above average. Less options in menu and even breakfast not upto the standards sarovar is supposed to have.! Services- Staff needs training. Check in staff lacked basic courtesy, etiquettes and manners. Check out staff- Shruti was there, and was far better than the others. The only one i could name…was great. Rooms- Average. Needs more attention specially by housekeeping staff. Linens were not washed. Basic toiletries missing. I mean i can’t keep on asking for basic dental kit etc. A room must cater for the requirement of two. In room dinning- Fast service however you need to call them three four times till they pickup your calls.

Rooms could be a little bigger for the price they are charging. But location is really nice, especially closer to river. The food is also very tasty.

Prima, echt prima service. Fraaie kamers door het geweldige uitzicht. Airco verwarming moeilijk om in te stellen, die zou een duidelijke handleiding moeten hebben. Service bijzonder, tot bijna ,” too much”. Eigen koffer verrijden werd niet ”toegestaan”.
