그랜드 갤러리 호텔 부킷 팅기 – 훌륭한 위치로 편안한 숙박 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi에 머물면서 즐거운 경험을 했습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 도시를 탐험한 후 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 곳입니다. 객실은 충분히 넓고 가족에게 적합합니다. 위치는 Bukit Tinggi 명소와 가까워 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 주변 지역은 활기차지 만 호텔 자체는 조용하고 편안합니다. 아침 식사는 현지 옵션으로 괜찮 았고 직원들은 친절하고 도움이되었으며 항상 요청이나 지시를 도울 준비가되었습니다. 전반적으로 Bukit Tinggi의 가성비 좋은 호텔, 특히 편리한 위치에서 편안한 숙박을 원하신다면 더욱 그렇습니다. 다시 여기에 머무르는 것을 고려할 것입니다.

Location very strategic. Near to Stasiun Padang, near to beach, near to town and city. Room very clean except old towels they gave me. Services are very good.

No ironing board set in room.This is very important to female.Need ironing shawl etc.Dear Hotel Mngt,please consider to provide it upon customer request. Others OK.

호텔에 패밀리룸은 없었지만, 가족 여행에 적합한 연결룸을 배정받았습니다. 객실은 넓었고, 저는 밖에서 음식을 먹어보고 싶어서 조식은 예약하지 않았습니다. 호텔에서 가장 가까운 식당을 찾았는데, 음식도 맛있고 분위기도 정말 좋았습니다. (Padang Tu Terasa Banger) 객실 사진은 없지만, 강력 추천합니다. 객실에서 보이는 전망도 최고였습니다.

Great and attentive service by the staff all round from the Reception, to the Dining and Housekeeping. And the location of the hotel is a plus point - so central to everything.

서부 수마트라를 여행하는 라이더에게 좋습니다.

정말 실망했습니다. 부모님과 손주들을 위해 방을 예약했는데, 발코니가 있는 24m² 크기의 방을 예약했습니다. 전에 묵어본 적이 있어서 넓은 방이라는 걸 알고 있었거든요. 그런데 17m² 크기의 작은 방만 예약되어 있고, 객실 상세 정보에는 ”그랜드 디럭스”라고 적혀 있지도 않았습니다. 호텔에 직접 게시된 ”그랜드 디럭스” 객실 요금과 같은 가격이었습니다. 게다가 트립닷컴의 객실 선택 목록에는 ”그랜드 디럭스”가 없습니다. 공간이 부족해서 엑스트라 베드를 요청할 수도 없고, 성인 1명과 아이 2명이 조식을 먹을 때도 추가 요금을 요구합니다. 이 규정은 알고 있었지만, 실망스러운 객실에 너무 비싼 가격을 지불한 후라 불공평하다고 느꼈습니다.

Located a few hundred meters from a waterfall. Beautiful scenery around. Friendly and helpful owner. The chalet is basic and rustic which suited me fine. Kettle and tea bags provided. Doesn't have aircon but the air is cool so the fan js the room was sufficient. Towels provided. A number of food stalls nearby. The room has a slight musty smell but its not that bad. Language may be an issue because everyone only speaks Indonesian. The only mode of transportation in and out of the area is a becak which you can ask the owner to call for you. There's a small warung in the resort run by a very nice lady. There's not hot water or shower, you bathe from a tub of water.
