Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience. The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi

Affordable for the price.. clean.. smells good . The location is perfect.. there's a public transport.. mall nearby.. some restaurants.

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews from my country. The hotel is beautiful, located on a hill with a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included Padang-style dishes. However, the hotel is a bit old and has carpeted rooms, which I’m not particularly fond of. Nevertheless, it’s fine as I’m only staying for a night before heading out to explore tomorrow.

저는 중국에서 온 다이입니다. 3일 동안 매우 만족했습니다. 특히 두 형제가 저에게 많은 관심과 도움을 줬고, 다음에도 꼭 이곳에 묵을 거에요. 뭐, 제일 중요한 건 침대가 45~50위안이라는 거에요. 형이 저를 데리고 오토바이 타고 놀러 갔는데, 주유비 주고 나서 파당밥 먹으러 갔어요. 가격이 저렴하고 너무 비싸지 않으면 좋겠다고 하더군요. 이 형제는 정말 착하고 친절해요. 그리고 그는 심지어 저를 오토바이로 기차역까지 데려다 줬어요. 정말 감동받았습니다. 그는 좋은 사람이고 안전한 삶을 살았으면 좋겠습니다. 사장님이 저에게 충전기를 주시고 콘센트 연결을 도와주셨는데 이번이 처음입니다. 진심으로 후기를 남겼습니다. 맥주 두 병을 마시고 괜찮았습니다. 흥정 끝에 사장님이 인도네시아 루피아를 적게 청구해 주셨는데, 특히 외국에서 감동받았습니다. 이 따뜻함은 정말 마음이 따뜻해집니다. 이번에는 적어도 반달 동안 여기에 다시 머물 것입니다. 별. 👍

I have booked the room for my friend who just got married. I asked the Trip.com team to check with them either they can provide any bed decoration for the couple. They have said they will do something, but it was nothing. Following up with the Trip.com but the hotel team didnt give any response. I even ready to pay for any extra. Or at least if they can't do anything with bed decoration at least a decor/folding towel also would be good. But it was nothing at all.
