Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

리셉션은 매우 따뜻하고 사려 깊었습니다. 우리가 도착하면 호텔에서 무료 민트 소다 음료를 보내드립니다. 우리 비행이 늦었 기 때문에 늦은 체크 아웃도했습니다. 택시 호출, 수하물 보관 등도 매우 능숙하고 빠르며 방은 깨끗합니다. 비수기 여행이므로이 가게는 매우 비용 효율적입니다.

Had a fantastic stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest. I chose this hotel because it’s perfectly located between Heraklion city center and the airport. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the airport, ideal for a late-night or early-morning flight, and it’s right next to two bus stops with direct connections to the center. I booked this hotel last minute and had great communication with the staff beforehand about the possibility of a double bed. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and it turned out to be one of the best rooms I stayed in during my three-month trip! The room was split over two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and even a small terrace downstairs where you can relax. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The service was also wonderful: the woman at reception was really kind, and even when I checked out in the middle of the night, the staff member on duty was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

Un hôtel très bien situé dont les chambres sont très propres, bien décorées, modernes avec un ameublement très confortable et la cerise sur le gâteau est le petit déjeuner copieux offrant une bonne qualité d’aliments. Le personnel de la réception est très gentil et serviable.

호텔은 구시가지 중심에 위치하여 베네치아 광장 및 교회와 매우 가깝습니다. 식사, 쇼핑, 해변으로 이동이 편리합니다. 이라클리온 공항에서 택시로 약 15분 정도 소요되며, 택시로 15분 정도 소요됩니다. 가격은 15유로 차를 빌리면 중앙주차장에 주차할 수 있어요 밤에는 7유로이고 24시간 주차 대행 직원이 있어요 호텔은 비교적 새 건물이고 객실은 유럽에서 비교적 넓습니다 욕실은 3부분으로 분리되어 설계되어 있습니다. 슬리퍼와 세면도구는 각자 가져가는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 치약이나 칫솔도 없고, 수건도 형편없고, 2인이 한 세트씩만 주셨고, 주전자도 있었고, 그리고 아래층 바는 시끄러웠다.

Great location for people using the ferry to get around and very close to good local restaurants and sites including archeological museum

우리는 돌아올 것이다! Heraklion에 머무는 동안 Aquila Hotel에서 가졌던 환상적인 기쁨과 즐거움은 처음이었습니다. 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다. 우리 방은 매우 깨끗했고 테라스가 있는 충분한 공간이 있었고 전망도 훌륭했습니다...6층에 있는 수영장은 즐거웠습니다..모든 호텔은 외부와 내부 모두 흥미롭습니다...이 호텔은 제공할 것이 너무 많습니다&가장 중요합니다 머무는 동안 행복을 느껴보세요! 베오그라드에서 많은 미소 :)) J&K

I giving this review from my previous stays at this accommodation over the last 10 Years. Its always been a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Just one complaint though. I accidentally booked the wrong dates to stay but i managed to cancel a whole week before i was meant to stay. NO REFUND EVEN WITH A WEEKS NOTICE!  The hotel Just referred me to TRIP.COM And TRIP.COM just referred me to The hotel. It definitely soured my experience with a place i have stayed at before every time i come to visit

호텔 환경이 정말 좋고 아침 식사도 매우 좋지만 거리를 마주보고 마지막 그림을주의 깊게 살펴보십시오. 왼쪽에 주요 도로가 있습니다. 기관차는 여기에서 회전하여 가속화됩니다. 잠들기 위해 새벽 5시에도 깨어날 수 있고, 차의 가속 소음이 너무 큽니다.
