We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. I recently stayed at HRJ Sarovar Portico Indore and had a truly pleasant experience. The overall property is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that make your stay relaxing from the moment you check in. What really stood out for me was the housekeeping service. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. My room was spotless every day, with fresh linens, perfectly arranged amenities, and a refreshing ambiance throughout. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The prompt response to requests and the consistency in service made a big difference. Whether it was room cleaning, replenishing essentials, or ensuring everything was in order, the team handled it efficiently and with a smile. Overall, a great stay experience, especially for those who value cleanliness and well-maintained spaces. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!!!!

Hospitality is good...staff is friendly..and the rooms are clean and well maintained

Hotel is good , but cleaning is very bad . Food is ok . Location is very good.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

The chef and breakfast staff were great. But When I arrived, there was no towel, toilet paper, the bedding had oily and brown stains, and the phone was broken. I tried to use Google pay, but the receptionist had been charging a cell phone and let the payment system go dead. She seemed to be trying to act like a child instead of a professional. They're doing construction on the roof and carrying bags of cement billowing dust into the air. The property was full of haze. I suffered extreme irritation to my eyes and throat to the point I couldn't sleep.

Hotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.
