We were offered an upgrade to a suite at a much reduced rate and accepted the offer. The room was huge comfortable and well equipped for a pleasant stay. However the room and bathroom looked as if they hadn't been used for a while. In need of an update and tired it also could have been cleaner. A bit disappointing. On saying that the rest of the hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff were all helpful and friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent and the menus had a great selection to choose from. I would definitely visit again, but as the standard rooms are more modern and comfortable I would ask to view any room before agreeing to any update

나는 Newcastle arms 호텔에서 환상적인 주말을 보냈습니다. 환영하고 친절한 환경이었습니다. 직원들은 충분히 친절했습니다. Michelle과 Lorain은 우리가 행복하고 모든 면에서 그런 사랑스러운 사람들을 수용할 수 있도록 최선을 다했습니다. 나는 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다. 객실은 합리적인 가격이며 사랑스러운 작은 마을입니다. 할 일이 많지 않지만 마을에서 편안한 여행을 즐기기에 좋습니다. 다른 사람들에게 추천합니다.

Beautiful building set up high out of Hawick. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, great food in lovely restaurant. Basic bedroom was large, well-equipped with great shower room. Cleanliness10 out of 10. Will use again.

장소는 좋고 깨끗했고 직원들은 사랑스러웠습니다. 그날 저녁 저녁 식사가 이 날이 아닌 것이 유감이었습니다.
