우리는 체크인하기 몇 시간 전에 체스터에 도착하여 수하물을 보관할 수 있는지 묻고 싶었지만 우리 방은 준비가되어있어 즉시 체크인 할 수 있다고 들었습니다! (좋은 시작!) 우리는 또한 할인 가격으로 업그레이드되었습니다 (좋은 작은 터치) 외관은 놀랍고 회전 문 (아마도 호텔에서 가장 좋아하는 부분 인 하하)과 웅장한 계단은 정말 놀랍습니다! 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 나는 하루 일찍 손가락을 자르고 계속 다시 열렸고 직원 중 한 명이 내가 떨어졌을 때 물티슈와 여분의 석고를 얻는 데 매우 도움이되었습니다. 방 자체는 화려했다!! 우리는 단풍과 함께 너무 멋져 보이는 뒷정원을 볼 수있었습니다! 침대는 크고 편안했습니다! 베개 어디서 사야 할지 알고 싶습니다!! 나는 계단을 오르는 것을 싫어하지만 너무 웅장하지 않았습니다. 우리는 호텔에서 식사를 하지 않았지만 친구를 기다리는 동안 바에서 음료를 마셨고 사랑스러웠습니다. 음식은 맛있어 보였다. 내가 가진 유일한 문제는 밤에 이상한 윙윙 거리는 소리 / 윙윙 거리는 소리로 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 그러나 나는 귀마개를 가져 왔고 그것을 사용했어야 했으므로 나에게 달려 있습니다. 우리가 체스터를 방문하면 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다!

아름다운 호텔, 친절한 직원, 좋은 서비스. 음식은 좋았습니다.

Hotel was lovely. Friendly staff,Good breakfast. Room was good apart from toilet was located in a tiny small area behind the door which was really odd but apart from that is was a fantastic stay would definitely go back.

A place with old world charm and in a great location.  The double bed we had was on the small size, so we wished we'd selected a twin room. Breakfast was good, though water should be provided without having to ask.  The coffee was a disappointing lukewarm warm filter type, despite there being a decent machine in view behind the bar.

Lovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.

**Hotel Review: Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa, Cheshire** As a solo traveler with my beloved sausage dog, Stanley, I recently had the opportunity to stay at Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa for one night. Here’s my experience: **Location:** The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. Nestled in beautiful grounds, it provides a serene backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience. **Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

Lovely stay next to airport. The staff were very friendly. Runaway viewing less than 5 mins walk to hotel.

The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D

Lovely stay at the hotel , amenities were perfect for what we were looking for. Ok some parts could do with an update but generally was very nice and would stay here again .
