Guest is responsible for acquiring these supplies when staying longer than two weeks. Guest is responsible for additional needs beyond what is provided but is not required to replace items used during the stay. Please message with any additional questions. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if you would like to have your place cleaned during your short term or long term stay.* No 3rd party bookings (example booking for your child and their friends)* No parties or gatherings of ANY sort* Keep the noise level down between 11:00pm and 8:00am* NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vapes, etc.) in the loft or in the building. Smoking inside the condo or building will result in an automatic $250 air purification charge from the Condo Board. If you check out past 11:00 am without preauthorization, you are subject to a $25/hr Fee. If you check more than 2 hours late you are required to pay that day’s rate without discount. After a day enjoying the surrounding Whiteshell area, you can unwind on the deck with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and continue to enjoy and appreciate the beautiful scenery. The deck is equipped with a Weber grill, making it the perfect spot for a summer BBQ.The lake is abundant with fish, making it an ideal spot for those avid fishermen. So whether you're a fisherman, a cross-country skier, a snowmobiler, a snowshoe enthusiast, or a nature lover, there is something for everyone year-round. The winter months are a great time to explore the natural beauty of the area. This winterized cottage sleeps 6 comfortably during the summer months and 4-6 during the winter months, with one queen bedroom and the other bedroom has 2 double beds, each with high-quality mattresses, luxury sheets, and covers. The newly built 120 sf bunkhouse overlooking the lake, includes a queen-sized bed, high-quality mattress, luxury sheets, and covers. When you wake up in the morning, sit up and enjoy coffee overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a dining table and chairs, a water cooler, and all the necessary utensils needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. And don't forget to turn up the tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and chair set, a 60" flat-screen TV (Starlink, no cable), and an electric fireplace, making it the perfect spot to relax and watch a movie on your Netflix account or laptop.
