Stayed over Carnaval. The breakfast we very good and provided enough options. The restaurant also had very good wood oven pizza.
The room was spacious. The sauna was very clean and well-maintained.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Pertíssimo do Shopping Savassi. Vista espetacular dos limites da cidade, do Shopping e do Colégio Marista. Bairro seguro e arborizado. Muitas lojas e restaurantes por perto. Restaurante Olegário, dentro do hotel, muito bom. Instalações muito confortáveis, ar condicionado excelente, fina decoração, chuveiro ótimo e produtos de higiene de primeira e atendimento dos funcionários excelente, destaque para o Rafael da recepção.

Ótima localização, quartos muito bons, porém infelizmente, serviço péssimo.
Filas enormes pra check-in e check out, atendentes nunca sabem de nada.. Check-in as 14h já é extremamente ruim, e ainda tivemos a experiencia de entrar na fila gigante da recepção pra realizar e quando chegamos na nossa vez, as 13:58, o atendente falou que não poderia fazer por que o horário era as 14h, que era pra esperarmos no fim da fila. Em resumo, fomos poder entrar realmente no quarto quase as 15h, no nosso caso, que estavamos nos hospedando pra um casamento as 16h, foi muito ruim.
Agora pra sair (check out), o tratamento foi bem diferente, a não ser pela fila que continuava gigante. Sem 1 minuto de tolerância sequer pra termos que sair.
Experiência ruim pra um hotel de luxo, com certeza buscaremos outro na próxima visita a cidade

아침 식사는 호텔 크기에 비해 너무 작으며 호텔 나이를 감안할 때 이미 이것을 해결할 수 있습니다. 또한 두 명의 직원만이 테이블 청소, 도구 교체 및 뷔페에서 제공되는 항목의 전체 서비스를 깨닫지 못했습니다. 우리는 호텔 가격이 경제적이라는 것을 이해하지만 이러한 유형의 혼란에 대한 사전 승인은 그 이유가 아닙니다. 제안 : 뷔페 옵션을 줄이지만 뜨거운 커피와 소금 빵과 같은 최소한의 부족이 없도록하십시오.

A atendente da recepção não foi agradável . Eu havia feito a reserva errada, e disse a ela que estaria entrando em contato com vocês para resolver . Mas ela não foi atenciosa com o meu problema simplesmente fez o checkin e me deu a chave enquanto eu estava ao telefone com vocês . Ela não foi empática nem um pouco ! Tanto que a pessoa daí disse: vamos cancelar sua reserva e refazer para acertar . Aí não teve como mais, pois ela fez o checkin mesmo eu pedindo para aguardar! Ela fez o checkin mesmo eu dizendo que estava falando com vocês ! Fez e me despachou com muita falta de educação !
E assim não foi possível corrigir a reserva que eu fiz errada ! Fiquei muito chateada !

MMARCIA ANGELOI really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

PPhil85The quality of the location is undeniable both in terms of staff and room comfort, breakfast is simple but very good, the establishment is located about fifteen minutes from the airport and is served by a shuttle system (Uber is faster for a SIM price).
I recommend this Hotel for transfer only because it is well located and close to the airport but the area is not equipped with shops or curiosities

리리뷰어호텔은 괜찮 았지만 가격대를 감안할 때 놀랍지 않았습니다. 체크 아웃시 이상한 상호 작용으로 누구에게나 추천 할 수 있습니다. 로비 사진을 찍고 싶었고 허용되지 않는다고 들었습니다. 나는 내가 머물렀던 수백 개의 호텔에서 이것을 경험한 적이 없으며 Fasano Boa Vista 또는 Fasano Punta del Este도 비슷한 정책을 가지고 있지 않았습니다.

리리뷰어Max Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.
