우리는 9월 10일에 정착했고 호흡기 소녀가 도착한 직후 우리는 그들의 시스템에서 1명만 지불했다고 확신했고 3박 동안 2명을 지불하겠다고 제안했습니다. 우리의 끈기 후 그녀는 누군가에게 전화를 걸어 모든 것이 정상이고 우리 모두는 지불했다고 밝혀졌습니다. 그녀의 쪽은 우리가 ******인 것처럼 무례했습니다. 또한 우리는 2개의 별도 침대가 있는 방을 예약했는데 사진에는 그런 방이 있었지만 우리는 1개의 침대가 있는 방을 주고 2개의 침대가 있는 다른 방으로 변경했지만 롤링하고 2개의 침대를 요청해야 했습니다. 그녀는 또한 세탁기가 고장났다고 보고했고 2일 후에 다른 소녀는 건조기만 고장났다고 말했고 우리는 물건을 씻기 위해 앉지 않았습니다. 방은 한 벽에 철도가 작동하지 않았고 TV도 작동하지 않았습니다. 주방에 스토브가 있지만 팬이나 팬이 없어서 아무것도 요리하지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 꽤 좋았고 선택할 것이 있었고 아침 식사는 방이 정말 깨끗했고 스파와 수영장에는 그 당시 사람이 거의 없었지만 구입할 수있었습니다. 레스토랑에서의 저녁 식사 옵션은 그다지 많지 않으며 레스토랑은 일주일에 3일뿐이며 저녁 식사에는 너무 늦습니다. 그네에는 특별한 트레이너가 없고, 한 명이 부러져 남편이 중요했고 화가 났습니다. 자신의 차가 있고 조용히 지내러 가면 거기에 갈 수 있습니다.

여기에 몇 번 머물렀습니다. bansko에서 좋은 선택이며 가격이 합리적이며 아침 식사가 포함되어 있습니다. 비수기 위생상태는 좋고 성수기에는 그냥 평범하지만 프론트에 조언을 구하면 다시 깨끗해집니다.

I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk.

Love it love it love it. This hotel deserves their five stars service reviews. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!

The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement.
