'This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff.'

'호텔은 기대에 부응했습니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 (기본적인 편이지만) 객실, 훌륭한 수하물 보관소, 그리고 항상 친절하고 도움을 주는 직원들까지. 위치도 편리했습니다. 호텔은 중심부에 위치하지는 않지만 지하철역과 가까워서 (약 3분 거리) 주요 명소로 빠르게 이동할 수 있습니다. 시내 중심가를 돌아다닐 때는 자전거 공유 서비스를 자주 이용했습니다.'

'냉장고를 갖기 위해 돈을 더 지불했는데, 호텔에 냉장고가 없습니다. 첫날 밤 나는 효과가 없는 제안을 받았습니다. 둘째 날 불만이 있은 후 그들은 나에게 냉동고를 제공했습니다. 그 방에는 히터에 결함이 있었습니다. 다른 손님들의 의견을 보면 냉장고에 문제가 반복되는 것으로 나타났습니다. 작동하는 냉장고가 있는 방이 없습니다. 그들은 당신을 계속해서 방들 사이로 이동시킵니다. 냉장고가 없다고 해서 냉장고를 갖기 위해 더 많은 비용을 지불하지 마세요.'

'지하철역과 기차역이 모두 도보 거리에 있습니다. 그랜드 마켓까지 걸어갈 수 있을 만큼 멀지 않습니다. 갓 짜낸 오렌지 주스로 구성된 맛있는 아침 식사가 제공됩니다. 글루텐 프리와 비건 옵션도 있습니다. 2~3일 후에 메뉴가 바뀌었으면 좋겠습니다. 3일째 되니까 메뉴가 반복되는 데 질렸습니다. 24시간 헬스장과 사우나가 마음에 듭니다.'

'Hotel at a great location, mins to tram, metro stations. Train station is only 10min walk away. Carrefour express is opposite too. Room is very spacious, with huge bed. Interior design  visually was so so but practically comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful.'

'위치가 매우 좋습니다. 다양한 명소까지는 도보로 30분이면 도착할 수 있습니다. 근처에 카르푸르도 있습니다. 서비스는 따뜻하고 세심했습니다. 방은 넓지만 조금 비어 있는 느낌이 들고, 커튼이 얇아서 빛을 별로 가리지 못합니다. 가끔 크루아상이 제공됩니다'

'매우 깨끗하고 따뜻한 분위기의 호텔입니다. 편안한 침구나 세련된 객실 인테리어는 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 욕실은 다소 어둡지만, 리추얼스(Rituals) 욕실용품은 정말 훌륭합니다! 로비에는 분수도 있습니다. 조식은 다양하고 고급스러운 제품으로 풍성하게 제공됩니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔의 위치입니다. 그랑 플라스(Grand Place)에서 20분 거리에 있지만, 저녁에 돌아올 때 기차역 주변은 그다지 붐비지 않습니다. 하지만 기차로 이동한다면 도보로 5분도 채 걸리지 않아 다음 목적지를 놓치지 않을 것입니다! 또한, 주차장 표지판이 잘 되어 있지 않습니다. 주의하세요. 웹사이트에 나와 있는 1박 요금은 30유로가 아니라 35유로입니다.'
