The guest house is a jewel, conveniently located though it is not evident to find the parking garage entrance, after all that is how the streets in Sarajevo are. I suggest that the owner putting up more detailed guidance. The rest is just perfect. Samir is friendly, the room is spacious, clean and quiet.

近薩拉熱窩火車站，距市中心約3公里，門口有很大的免費停車場。薩拉熱窩老城停車車位很緊張，找一個有車位的酒店很重要，特別適合自駕出行朋友歸宿。 該酒店大堂較大，有電梯。早餐很豐富，房間不大，但還是較乾淨！性價比極高，點贊推薦！

Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.

Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

設施：酒店有點老了，就跟國內三星級的水平吧。 衞生：毛巾架上一層灰都沒打掃，地毯和沙發都一股陳舊感，馬桶墊染色了也有點噁心。 環境：莫斯塔爾最中心的地方了，樓下就是商場，就是賣的東西還不如東南亞，就不要有期待，超市逛一圈實在買不下手，蘋果都是爛的 服務：機械化服務，談不上好，也説不上壞

공항과 교통에 가까운 멋진 호텔. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 호텔은 깨끗했고 우리 방은 컸습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했지만 차가운 쪽에서 약간이었습니다. 사라예보를 다시 방문하고 Ibis Styles에 머물기를 기대합니다.

호텔에 내려가는 길이 두 개 있는데, 자갈길, 큰 여행 가방을 당기는 것은 조금 힘들고, 가게에 작은 잘 생긴 남자가 들어 올리는 것을 도와줍니다. 이 홈스테이의 식사는 특히 쇠고기와 함께 매우 맛있습니다. 가게에는 잘 생긴 남자와 아름다운 네나가 있습니다. 그들은 부부이며 매우 열정적입니다. 이곳에 사는 것이 편리합니다. 고대 다리까지 도보로 몇 분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다.

호텔 스위트는 매우 큽니다! 예약 할 때주의 깊게 보지 않았습니다. 체크인 할 때 침실 2 개, 욕실 2 개, 거실 1 개, 주방 1 개, 식기 및 조리기구가 완비되어 있음을 알았습니다. 문은 103 버스 정류장입니다. 구시 가지와 가깝지는 않지만 숙박 경험은 매우 좋으며 가족 여행에 매우 적합합니다!

一個比較有特色的酒店，可以遠眺薩拉熱窩城區，據説酒店位於穆斯林區域，旁邊有一個墓園！酒店大堂中間有一個自上而下貫通五層的可視玻璃平台！早餐吃的味道不錯，各色西式自助！
