Fantastic place for short and long stays with central location, walking distance from everything. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and sparkling clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff and their breakfast is decent with huge variety of food and drinks.

الفندق موقعه في قلب سراييفو والمدينة القديمة التي تعتبر محطة جذب للسياح، وبقربك منه المخبز والسوبرماركت واما السوق للفاكهة والخضار يبعد عنه خمس دقايق مشي ومحطة واحدة من المترو، وهو على مرتفع فالباب مناسب اما لكبار السن فصعب الوصول له مشيا على الاقدام، أما الفندق من داخل الغرف لا بأس به، ويحتاج التنظيف بشكل يومي، ويحتاج لبعض العناية اكثر ، والواي فاي يتقطع بشكل دوري ، والكهرباء انقطعت علينا في يوم واحد من ضمن سبعة ايام سكنا فيه،والموظفين متعاونين جدا معنا وودودين، ولقد عزمت الذهاب له مرة أخرى.

Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.

I thought the breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was very tasty. Checkin and checkout were easy and service was good. The location was convenient and not far from the bus terminal. While these are all positives, the hotel itself needs some updating with more modern designs and better amenities in the room. Heat did not work very well. Nor the hot water and this is important during winter time.

位置好，房間大，1-5樓是商場，上面才是客房，早餐很豐富，我很喜歡米帕斯酒店，也謝謝前台免費幫我打印了登機牌 退房的一個插曲是前台找我收税，但是訂房時攜程價格是含税的，我立刻聯繫攜程客服，可是客服不會英文，無法與酒店前台直接溝通，我不想耽誤時間在那兒等待，衹好先付了3歐，後來攜程報銷了 還是建議：1、境外項目的客服需要掌握英語口語的溝通技能；2、產品報價要寫清楚，不能明明含税的，實際入住又產生了新費用！

Great hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line. Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there.

A la base, nous avions choisi un autre hôtel mais il y a eu un soucis donc le service client nous a attribué celui-ci. En arrivant, nous nous sommes enregistré auprès d'une jeune fille hyper sympa qui nous a super bien accueilli. Les chambres sont bien dans l'ensemble. Quelques manquement mais rien de grave. Le petit déjeuner est énorme. Il y avait de tous les goûts. L'hôtel est doté d'une piscine, sauna et salle de gym. Ce qui est un plus. En revanche, il n'est pas très bien situé. Le soir, nous restions sans dîner car aucun restaurant ouvert dans les alentours. Il y a un tram à côté pour aller en ville mais ne fonctionne pas le soir.

Unique hotel with lovely staff and so helpful i recommend to everyone who planning to visit Bosnia

房子位置可能有點難找，因為看外觀看不出，其實導航就到在後門，車子導航路口開下來稍微左轉，樹後面就是，具體看圖一，找了半天其實就在眼前哈哈哈，然後按了門左邊的門鈴就有人出來了。不過路有點窄，租了一輛大車勉強能開過，考驗車技。房東一家特別熱情，侄子英語很好，讓我把車停到裏面的車庫，和我介紹了房子以及去舊政府怎麼走，溝通沒什麼問題。房子後門走到舊政府，就是那個#sarajevo字10分鐘不到。後門下去往右走就是一個小型超市，交通很方便，到各種景點步行都能到，離黃堡也比較近。房子很乾凈，早餐也不是很敷衍的那種，品種還是很多的，如果來旅遊推薦住這個名宿，車子停好就可以去city walk了，不用擔心停車費的問題。房子非常棒，非常漂亮，讓人很舒暢

Прекрасный отель прямо у подножия Латинского моста! Чистый удобный мини-отель на 10 номеров. Рядом хамам, через мост Старый город. Отличный европейский завтрак. Единственный минус - прохладно в начале марта, но лишнее одеяло решает этот вопрос
