바 시설을 갖춘 영국 윌트셔 호텔

Room was very hot with no air con so none of my business colleagues got much sleep/ rest. A small fan in the room didn't do a lot. Staff weren't the most helpful or clear. We booked a spa hotel so our team could relax in the morning and get a jacuzzi following a long work day the day before. The hotel then told us we had to pay an extra £30 to use the spa as we had booked through trip.com and not direct (which would've been free spa access). It just felt like we were being charged the commission they have to pay booking playforms. Overall I wouldn't book the hotel as we came away unrested and not relaxed. Hotel looked nice, but a bit dated overall.

The room was cosy and clean and the staff were for the most part nice. However, one lady at the check in desk gave me some dirty looks simply because of my age and the fact that I got rained on before check in which I did not appreciate. Overall a nice stay however

침대, TV, 수납공간, 차 마시는 곳, 헤어드라이어, 샤워 시설은 괜찮았지만 변기 물이 잘 안 내려갔고 엘리베이터는 한 대만 작동했습니다. 짐을 들고 4층에 있을 때 계단을 오르기는 정말 힘든데, 특히 청소부들이 엘리베이터를 가로채는 바람에 엘리베이터가 지정된 층으로 가지 않아 오랫동안 갇히는 경우가 종종 있었습니다. 조식은 맛있었고 위치도 좋았지만 체크인이 너무 느렸습니다. 리셉션 직원이 제 성씨(윌슨)를 어떻게 발음하고 쓰는지 물어보길래 웃음이 나왔습니다. 윌슨은 이 지역에서 흔한 성씨 중 하나인데 말이죠. 게다가 그 직원의 영어 실력이 너무 서툴러서 알아듣기가 어려웠습니다. 괜찮긴 했지만 다음에 다시 간다면 프리미어 호텔을 선택할 것 같습니다. 프리미어 호텔이 더 좋아 보였거든요.

호텔은 교차로에 위치해 있어 찾기 매우 쉽습니다. 주차는 호텔 뒤편에 있으며, 추가 요금은 6파운드입니다. 많은 레스토랑이 있는 번화가까지는 걸어서 10분 정도 걸립니다. 그곳에 있는 아시아 음식점은 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 드디어 밥을 먹을 수 있었어요! 유일한 단점은 욕실에 치실용 콘센트가 없다는 점입니다. 하지만 하루 정도 사용하지 않으면 괜찮습니다. 호텔은 가격 대비 만족도가 높습니다. 이 지역을 여행할 계획이라면 묵기에 좋은 곳입니다.

Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay.

Location is good. Super service. But the rooms and amenities are too old, need to be repaired and renovated. The bathroom sink countertop has lots of stains.looked too uncomfortable. Coffee bar was not clean at all .

우리의 체류는 비가 오는 날씨에 색이 칠 수 있었을 수 있습니다. 왜냐하면 태양이 더 맑을 때 Leigh Park Hotel의 전망이 더 좋았을 것이기 때문입니다. Bradford on Avon에서 Bath까지의 기차역은 매우 걸을 수 있지만 호텔에서 내리막길(일부 매우 가파른 비트)이며 Bath에서 바쁜 하루를 보낸 후 우리는 택시를 다시 타기로 결정했습니다. 언덕을 다시 걸어 올라가면 다운너를 넣을 것입니다. 그날(그리고 나는 보통 일주일에 두 번 4마일을 달리므로 꽤 건강합니다!) 우리가 가진 방은 욕실과 마찬가지로 정말 컸습니다. 샤워는 정말 강력했고 거의 즉시 따뜻해졌습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절했고 호텔의 분위기는 고급스러웠습니다. 부지가 내려다보이는 아침 식사 공간은 정말 좋았고 여름 저녁에 앉아서 음료를 즐기고 싶습니다. 나는 그럭저럭 2형 충전소로 전기차를 충전할 수 있었다. 불행히도 그것은 단지 7 kW를 배달했기 때문에 나는 작은 충전 만 관리했습니다. 호텔 아침 식사는 셀프 서비스 였지만 음식을 담고 있던 컨테이너는 특히 따뜻하게 유지하지 못했습니다. 개선 될 수 있는 것입니다. 또한 아침 식사 선택이 조금 더 넓을 수 있습니다(예: 영국식 아침 식사의 일부로 토마토가 제공되지 않음). 아침 식사가 맛있다고 말했습니다. 대체로 우리는 우리의 체류를 즐겼고 다시 방문하는 것을 고려할 것입니다.
