우리 가족은 코스타 블랑카에 머무른 후 샌단더로 돌아 왔습니다. 많은 연구를 마친 후, 우리는 Zaragoza에서 하룻밤을 머무르기로 결정했고 Zaragoza의 NH Gran Hotel에 머물기로 결정했습니다. 호텔에는 휠체어 사용자를위한 시설이 있다고 주장했기 때문에. 손자는 21 세이며 휠체어 사용자입니다. 우리는 호텔에 도착했고, 가파른 계단, 램프 없음, 임시 나무 램프 만 직면했습니다. 그것은 첫 번째 나쁜 경험이었습니다. 내 손자는 너무 가파르므로 램프를 올라 가지 않을 것을 두려워하면서 녹아 내리고있었습니다. 리셉션의 아주 멋진 남자가 손자를 램프에 올려 놓는 데 도움을주었습니다. 손자는 두려웠습니다. 우리는 체크인했고 그 다음 재미가 시작되었습니다. 리프트가 너무 작아서 손자를 넣을 수 없었습니다. 또 다른 폭발이 일어났습니다. 제 딸이 휠체어를 뜯어내고, 제어장치가 작동하는 트레이를 제거하고, 의자의 폭을 줄이기 시작했습니다. 그것은 끔찍했고 우리는 너무 많은 고통을 일으키고 있었기 때문에 멈추기로 결정했습니다. 호텔 리셉션은 근처에 다른 호텔을 찾았습니다. 이것은 다시 좋은 경험이 아닙니다. 스페인은 최선을 다한다고 생각하지만 장애를 잘하지 못합니다.

Great location, just minutes from most of the major attractions, Restaurants and the Bus to/from Delicias Station is right outside. Entrance Foyer is very much like a Hotel. Good Gym, but Pool wasn't available as it was too cold, even though their website said it was. We had a large Apartment on the 1st floor. At first glance it looked really nice, but after a few minutes, you realised that it was of very poor quality - Kitchen was old, cheap Crockery (pyrex), pans with broken handles; you had to run the hot tap for over a minute before any hot water came out - a tremendous waste of resource, especially with a drought in the region. It took 2 days for someone to come and open the inroom safe for us. You have to ask for the basic of appliances - Kettle, Toaster, etc. Bathroom extractor fan did not work and there was no visible signs of a smoke detector either. There were works of some sort going on, but we weren't pre-warned of the noise. We complained several times to the Staff, but they didn't seem bothered. Even the Manager laughed at some of our issues. They did buy us some new pans - I can only imagine, that the 'spare' pans they did have for other Apartments were of the same poor quality, so they had to buy us new ones. Overall, a great location and the Apartment had a very comfortable bed - alas, the quality of the Apartment was very poor and nowhere near the expectations of a 4* establishment.

From the reviews I had high expectations of this hotels but, having travelled all over the world, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, it’s dirty. The cleaners don’t do their job properly and the hotel is filthy. It was almost like the hotel wasn’t cleaned at all. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and Zaragoza is very hot. So be prepared for no sleep. They keep the room at 21 degrees minimum and you can’t get it lower. It’s unbearable. I had no sleep the entire time I was there. Be careful about the pool. They make a big thing about advertising the pool but it’s only open a few months of the year. Finally, the staff are very rude. I tried to complain about the above but they simply didn’t want to listen. They were very aggressive, particularly front desk representative Angel. Even the General Manager’s response was rude and aggressive which reflects very badly on the Melia brand. Not sure if this particular hotel is Melia owned or managed but the service is not what you would expect from this brand. Many of the Trip Advisor reviews are false. Look it for the small number of reviews. All in all, one to avoid.

La habitación cuando llegamos no estaba limpia del todo ,podíamos ver como el teléfono tenía polvo de hace bastantes días y las esquinas de la ducha estaban negras .La cama era cómoda pero las almohadas eran para malísimas ! . La luz que entraba por la ventana no me dejó pegar ojo porque las cortinas no cerraban del todo y las luces del pasillo no se apagaban . Pero sin lugar a dudas ,LO PEOR fue sobre las 8 de la mañana más o menos oímos una mujer hablando a voces que nos despertó ,así estuvo un buen rato a carcajadas,voces hablando ……vaya de película.Decidí salir para por favor decirle que bajará la voz que no eran horas cuando abro la puerta veo que es la LIMPIADORA hablando por teléfono mientras trabajaba con la puerta de la otra habitación abierta y tremendas risas . Así llevaba bastante tiempo y me dice : quiere algo 😳? Le digo si ,que por favor se calle que nos ha despertado desde hace un buen rato !!!!!!!!! . Desde luego control creo que no debe tener de ningún superior porque vaya tela .

정말 슈퍼 호텔 ..... 내가 할 부정적인 의견을 생각할 수없는 몇 안되는 호텔 중 하나입니다 .... 우리가 늦은 저녁에 도착한 순간부터 우리는 환영 받고 집처럼 느끼게되었고 최상층으로 업그레이드되었습니다. 방. 직원들은 미소를 지으며 일을 즐기는 것처럼 보이며 정중하고 도움이됩니다. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓고 최고 중 하나이며 원하는 것을 볼 수 없다면 요청해야합니다. 다시 아침 식사 공간의 직원은 매우 효율적이고 친절합니다. 우리 방에는 도시가 내려다 보이는 발코니가 있었고 방은 매우 밝고 깨끗했으며 긴장을 풀고 휴식을 취할 수 있는 매우 가정적인 느낌이 들었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 완벽하고 많은 명소까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 매번 우리를 위해 Hotel Alfonso가 너무 인기가 있기를 원하지 않거나 예약을 할 수 없을 수도 있습니다!!

Having my sleep abruptly interrupted just after 8 AM in the morning by three very loud knocks on my bedroom door. My first instinct was we must be evacuating and so I've seldom shot out of bed so fast and opened the door thinking my life was is imminent danger to be told by the cleaning lady that it was her who knocked and her job is cleaning. It's just gone 8 O' Clock in the morning and the cleaning lady has abruptly woken me and check-out is 11:30AM. I told her I didn't understand why she would do that and I got the shoulder shrug and a sorry. I rang reception to complain that my sleep was abruptly interrupted and was informed by Reception that it was a mistake and she would talk to the Manager and ring me back. With no hope of more sleep to be had we got ready and packed our things and went to Reception. At Reception I was told she had spoken to the Manager and it was a mistake and that the next time I stay they will waive the Parking Charge. I said if you were genuinely acknowledging the mistake and wanted to make a goodwill gesture the Parking Fee could be waived on this visit. I was told it was not possible. I don't think that means it was impossible just that we admit we made a 'mistake' and if you are willing to spend more of your money with us we will then make a goodwill gesture. So now it's a case of not only was the service bad due to a 'mistake' I am having my intelligence insulted also. This is also a ruse used by disreputable people to keep coining it in. Anyhow I said there won't be a next time and I asked if it was Hotel Policy to wake Guests who haven't breakfast booked. The cognitive decline in her ability to understand English was so fast I was not concerned for her well-being. That vacant look when someone has slipped into neutral. So here we have a Customer paying over €100 who has his complaint acknowledged and we will make it right the next time you stay if ever. I won't as I paid for a good night's sleep and didn't get it.

이 작지만 매력적인 부티크 호텔은 사라고사에서 훌륭한 숙박을 하는 데 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 깨끗하고 편안하며 저렴하며 중앙에 위치합니다! 우리는 교회와 메인 광장의 멋진 전망이 있는 작지만 편안한 더블 베드룸에 머물렀습니다. 기발한 예술적 장식을 좋아했고 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 정중하고 유쾌했으며 유용한 팁을 주었고 친절하고 수용 적이었습니다. 바로 옆에 있는 관광 사무소, 많은 쇼핑 및 훌륭한 레스토랑이 있습니다. 우리는 하룻밤만 머물렀지만 그곳에서 시간을 최대한 활용했습니다. 필요한 경우 매우 걷기 쉽고 좋은 버스/택시 시스템입니다. Pilar Plaza Hotel은 훌륭한 선택이었고 도시 자체뿐만 아니라 Zaragoza는 방문하기에 좋은 곳입니다!!
