저녁 늦은 시간에도 훌륭한 환대를 받으며 필요한 모든 서비스를 갖춘 넓고 따뜻한 객실입니다. 유일한 부정적인 점은 방으로 가는 계단이 좁다는 것인데, 걸을 수 없거나 노인들에게는 작은 문제입니다. 중심지와 가깝고 기차역에서 그리 멀지 않은 훌륭한 위치입니다. 영국식 아침 식사의 품질과 아침 식사 직원의 친절도가 훌륭했습니다 😁.

The owners are very attentive and quick to answer our inquiries. The room is clean and very comfortable to stay.

주인분이 너무 친절하시고 좋았습니다. 아침도 영국식 아침으로 주시는데 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 완전 시내 중심은 아니지만 걸어서 멀지는 않고 주택가라서 안전하게 느껴집니다. 전반적으로 청결하고 편안하게 잘 지내다 갑니다. 더불어, 창밖으로 보이는 풍경이 너무 좋아서 조금 돈을 주고서라도 제일 큰 방에 머문 보람이 있습니다. ㅎㅎ

Check was easy and good, room has a few issues. Damp bed, duvet due to lack of airing in cold room. Bed side lamp did not work. Heating was controlled by owner only coming on for a short period in the morning and evening. A portable heater was in the room but not capable of heating the whole room. Shower had poor water pressure and kept going hot and cold when pressure dropped further. Good cooked breakfast set and on time. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The room looked recently refurbished except the bathroom which was tired.

Welcoming and tidy rooms. We were met by presumably one of the owners but he didn't give his name. Lead us into the breakfast room and took down my name to confirm the booking & we were given a key for entry. The room was tidy enough although the bed and 1 pillow each side was lumpy. The shower only ran hot for 1 minute, after that it was freezing cold, and the shower screen didn't fit properly. The breakfast was very tasty though. Things to change: proper introduction would be nice, so we knew who to go to if there were any issues (instead of a notice on "reception" to call a number). Hot water in the shower . Fix the showe screen.

Close to York, clean and tidy accommodation. Staff friendly. Good breakfast . Parking is via permit £5 a day which was not aware of prior to arrival.
