Only 15 minutes to the SOZO multi-sports complex and 30 minutes from downtown Yakima. It looks out on waving fields of hay with the sun rising just over the Ahtanum ridge. Plenty of parking and room to stretch, wonder, dream and rest. The house is beautifully appointed with lots of space and even a huge laundry/office room. There is a king bedroom on the ground floor with an attached full bathroom.Guest accessGuests have access to the full house, garage, jacuzzi and nice back yard living space with BBQ and several acre yard. Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home through the single care garage. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space.. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles.
