Go for casual walks around the area with total comfort. There is covered parking in the carport and a fully fenced backyard. There are extra kid-sized floor mattresses under the bunk bed and the couch is big enough to sleep two adults. Extra blankets found in the blue bench in Master. New SUPER FAST fiber internet/wifi. The Master bedroom has an adjustable king bed and a TV in the room. Watch Netflix while you get a workout in on the treadmill. You may see the maintenance manager, Michael, mowing the lawn or watering mid-week. Very large front room, with 65” TV with WiFi streaming. Front room also has a full memory foam mattress. One bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with vanity. Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home through the single care garage. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space.. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles.
