Includes a laundry room, garage parking for one vehicle, two work spaces, and large backyard.The spaceThis is a sunny two flat next to Northwestern’s Ryan Field.Guest accessGuests can enter/exit the property from the front of the house or through the side door that leads to the backyard and garage.Guest will have access to the entire main first floor, backyard, pergola, patio, garage space for one vehicle and laundry room.Hosts, Mara and EJ, live in the flat upstairs and are able to provide timely assistance, if helpful for guests.Other things to noteThe TV is connected to wifi and guests are able to connect to their own Netflix or other streaming services. Unfortunately, the fireplace is not currently operational.
