The hospitality I received from the staff during my stay was beyond any that I have ever received in the countless hotels that I've stayed in this world. Prima bedden in een ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was zeker heel lekker. Verse broodjes, veel extra’s en goede koffie. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook is het hotel mooi en goed gelegen en bovendien is het een prachtig historisch pand, gelegen naast het museum. Een pluspunt is ook dat je direct in het centrum van Zutphen bent.
