Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Centrally located and just a short distance to the peninsulas most desired locations:12 miles to Clearwater9 miles to St Petersburg Beach6.5 miles to Madeira Beach and John’s Pass17 miles to downtown St Petersburg30 miles to Busch Gardens22 miles to Tampa.Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks to stroll in the evenings.Only 7.6 miles from St Petersburg/Clearwater (PIE) Airport and 20 miles from Tampa International Airport.***Please note that there is an external security camera outside. It monitors the driveway and front entrance.*** The spaceCozy coastal themed villa. There are some games and puzzles for that family vacation bonding time. I have provided beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a couple of cooler bags.On the welcome table I started a collection of small shells in a jar. Just for fun, add a shell or two to the jar if you visit our beautiful beaches! Just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for couples or families. On your way you can stop at the Kooky Coconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2023, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. Cold air conditioning, fresh purified water, and fast internet. Plenty of free parking. Free laundry on common area screened porch. Sorry no pets allowed.
