비엔나, Kaiserwasser 근처 호텔

The people at the reception were all grumpy and not happy to help. The bathtub was broken and couldn’t be filled. When I wanted to order roomservice I had to go downstairs to the restaurant to order it?!?! They said they would refund it and take it off the hotel bill but they didn’t because there was someone else at the desk the next day! Cold, ugly and uncosy room!

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

The hotel is wonderfully located providing accessibility to train services, airport buses and the tourist bus. The staff are also very friendly. However, the check in process is problematic as it makes things difficult for early arrivals; my flight arrived Vienna by 6am and I reached the hotel by 9am but was not allowed to check in till 3pm otherwise I pay €30 which I think is exploitative. I also expect the hotel to be providing drinking waters to the rooms daily as is presently the case. I spent 12 days, aside the complimentary water provided on arrival no water was provided even after I asked for water. My request for cultery was not responded to till I checked out 3 days later. Moreover, there is no variety in the breakfast as same thing was served everyday for 12 days. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will likely stay again.

마지막 순간에 예약했기 때문에 호텔에 대한 정보가 많지 않았습니다. 직원들의 친절함과 고객과의 참여에 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 그들은 친절하고 젊고 외향적이며 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 이것은 주로 젊은 전문가들이 매일 사용하는 많은 활동을 제공하는 매우 특이한 호텔입니다. 바 공간은 시원합니다. 나는 당신을 환영한다고 느끼게하는 바텐더와 채팅하여 도시 문화에 대해 많은 것을 배웁니다. 비엔나를 방문할 또 다른 기회가 있을 때 꼭 다시 올 것입니다. 이 호텔은 과소 평가됩니다.

The hotel is located about 10 or 12 minutes' walk from Prater underground station, in a quiet street near the trade show arena. The room was technically fairly large, but a large portion of the area not occupied by my bed was for some reason occupied by an additional, smaller bed, as a result of which there was no space to do exercises, for example. I found the internet connection to be poor. Whenever I disconnected for any reason (in the elevator, sustained disuse of the phone, entry into flight mode), then the connection didn't automatically return. The fitness room was not much, just slightly better than nothing, and unfortunately, they limit the hours for some obscure reason, closing it already at 22:00. The breakfast was halfway decent. I appreciated the falafel and the commercially packaged tomato spread. The rolls were good. The fruit selection was rather negligible. I was very positively impressed by the fact that breakfast started at 06:00. I'll probably stay here again some day, but it will never be a hotel to get excited about.

Four people, dad and three young adult children - we had four single beds which is rare. Found it hard to rate but pros were: great price, large room, four single beds. Cons: No safe for passports (only some rooms have one apparently which for a new hotel is poor), no kettle and noisy at night (near amusement park). The room was odd and they should have focused on practicalities versus funky (bathroom looks cool but the shower floods it. And room was very dark). Location necessitates transit but very close to a metro.

Hotel que cumple las tres B (Bueno, bonito y barato) El trato por parte del personal fue muy ameno, Nos ayudaron siempre con todas las consultas, Tiene una pizzería al lado y se puede comer en el mismo hotel, en el sector del desayuno. Está cerca del tranvía y de la estación Praterstern. Se puede perfectamente ir y venir del aeropuerto en transporte público. La habitación es amplia pero la ventana pequeña. Como hacía calor, nos pusieron un ventilador de pie. Muy bueno el baño y la ducha. No contratamos el desayuno. Te dan botellas de agua de cortesía y caramelos. No gustó · Lo único que puedo comentar es que no hay aire acondicionado.
