그레츨호텔 카르멜리터마르크트

We booked at grätzlhotel Karmelitermarkt for three nights in July 2024., After the reservation, we received a confirmation email where we were informed that we would be staying in a “street suite” but we never thought that the suite entrance was literally on the street adjacent to a bar / restaurant. The suite’s entrance was a glass door, the pedestrians could see right through the room. The room had curtains that had to be closed all the time for privacy thus darkening the room. Also, there were no windows. At the time of our visit, construction work was ongoing so it was not quiet from the early hours in the morning. The adjacent bar / restaurant had tables across our room so it was noisy all the time and especially at night. The room was separated from the bathroom area with a curtain, so no real privacy when taking a shower. The room itself was not very big, it was rather crowded for three people. I think they should have informed us of the conditions we would be facing.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in einem Zimmer von Grätzl. Das Zimmer war schön, die Lage auch super. Leider liegt das Zimmer, der Laternenanzünder, Wand an Wand mit einer Weinbar. Hier kommt man Nachts nur schwer zur Ruhe. Außerdem befand sich genau vor unserer Tür eine große Baustelle, diese begann früh um 06:00 Uhr. Dementsprechend waren die Nächte kurz und absolut nicht erholsam. Wäre darauf vor unserem Aufenthalt hingewiesen worden, hätten wir uns nicht für dieses Zimmer entschieden.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit einem besonderen Charme im Herzen von Wien. Man erreicht in 15 min zu Fuß die Innenstadt und kann die Kulinarik genießen . Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber mit WLan und auch einer Minibar ausgestattet. In der Nähe hat man ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
