Very good hotel and very nice reception The room was great I will book next time

門口有停車位，距離市中心步行十幾分鍾非常方便。早餐不錯，前台服務小哥熱情，英文很好

這個酒店離火車站要走30分鐘，對於第一次到達的人來説，不知道怎麼坐公交的話，並不是很方便。夜裡一羣年輕人入住比較吵鬧，但前台很熱情。

服務態度很好

We stayed here as part of a bike tour. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was okay, not great. This was an average 3 star hotel. Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. They were eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here one night on a bike tour and found it very good. Hotel is clean and modern, rooms are simple but quiet, comfortable bed, excellent shower and a very good size. Our room had a surprisingly large bathroom. Friendly helpful staff on reception and at breakfast. Only downside was that our room suffered badly from condensation on the inside of the windows, they have a bit of a damp mould around the window frames that the hotel staff are obviously doing their best to keep under control. About 15 mins walk to historic centre of Vicenza.

This hotel was very convenient to get into the centre of Vicenza on foot. It was very clean and functional. However, what was completely outstanding was all the staff. Every single person we encountered was unfailingly, helpful polite, kind pleasant.

I was incredibly disappointed with how I was treated. All the staff were lovely bar one. He was quite an aggressive and unmannerly receptionist and was very unfair about payments and dates. Completely ruined my holiday.

I have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and was large. The Beds are a bit firm which is probably an understatement, they were Fred Flintstone hard. However, even with them being hard I slept very well. The breakfast and the staff are where this hotel really shines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good options. The parking can be a bit challenging but I expect that most places that are close to the city center.

Hotel in buona posizione a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera ampia, silenziosa e soprattutto pulitissima. Ottima colazione varia e con prodotti freschi con personale di sala pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Non male, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e con buone possibilità di parcheggiare (a meno di eventi sportivi essendo attiguo allo stadio). Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Il centro della citta dista circa 15 minuti.

Hotel buon rapporto prezzo per le nostre esigenze, ordianto, pulito camere comode peccato si senta molto la strada. Servizio colazione ok per noi soddisfaciente, e personale di sala presente per ogn esigenza. Personale reception molto professionale po freddino. Comodo per le visite fatte. Lo consiglio per chi non ha grandi pretese ma si accontenta della semplicità ed essenzialità.

Struttura curata, anche se non nuovissima, con spazi comuni (reception e lounge) ampi e ben equipaggiati. Stanza spaziosa dotata di ampio balcone, bagno perfettamente accessoriato. Colazione di primo livello in rapporto alla categoria con grande sezione dolce e soddisfacente sezione salato. Disponibilità ed attenzione del personale. Parcheggio dell'albergo disponibile non per tutte le camere, ma comodo parcheggio su strada nelle vicinanze. Non centralissimo (circa 1 km dal pieno centro), ma dotato di fermata di autobus nelle immediate vicinanze. Peccato che l'autobus dopo le 20,30/45 non sia più disponibile. Ragguardevole il servizio reception 24/24.
