아침 7시에 호텔을 출발해서 8시부터 호텔 조식이 시작되었는데 전날 밤에 프런트 직원에게 아침식사 시간에 맞춰 도착하지 못했다고 문의했더니 신사분이 그렇다고 하더군요. 우리를 위해 준비할 거예요. 다음 날 우리는 각자 요거트, 주스, 비스킷, 케이크, 과일이 포함된 큰 봉지의 아침 식사를 받았는데, 너무 많아서 다 먹을 수가 없었고, 못 먹은 것은 버려야 했습니다. 보안 검색대에 들어가지 않아서 안타깝습니다.

Comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby with muruano glass. We liked that it was central but not where crowds were. Water taxi easy to get there. The service was very good with the staff friendly and attentive to our needs. They were very nice to my son who even played the piano in the lobby.

Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

We have just come back from a wonderful stay in this hotel., for the carnival. The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was pleasant, and in keeping with 4 star hotel. The room had a lovely private balcony, Slightly concerned about the duck tape in the shower, which I assume was to sop any leaking water. The breakfast was really nice, and the lovely staff, especially one in particular, remembered what we had to drink from the previous day..a very nice surprise. THE HOTEL, HAS SUCH HISTORY, SUCH ELEGANCE IN THE BALLROOM..EVERY LAMP, IS MADE FROM MIRANO GLASS, A TOUCH OF SPLENDOUR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The hotel location is very nice, just a 5 minutes walk from the station of Santa Lucia. Venice is always adorable place to visit. The facility of the hotel Wasn’t a great one. Rooms dust were all over. The carpet was untidy, the bathroom was so small. One thing was nice is the guy at the reception name Alberto, he really is a good person and knows his job well. The lady in the morning is just fine no particular grading but Alberto makes job well done.

Alberto는 깨끗하고(침대 아래에서도) 최근에 개조되었으며 친절하고 도움이 되는 리셉션 직원, 풍성한 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 먼지로 가득 찬 샹들리에 청소 문제를 해결하기 위해. 객실은 좋지만 조명이 완전히 부적절합니다. 우리의 경우 가구에는 닫힌 옷장이 아니라 노출된 옷걸이가 포함되어 있습니다. 유지 보수를 검토해야 합니다. 우리의 경우 샤워기가 너무 많이 새어 욕실과 방의 일부가 침수되었고 쓰레기통이 파손되었으며 욕실 커튼이 반쯤 막혔습니다. 1층에 있는 서비스 욕실에는 세면대 손잡이가 부러져 있었습니다. 따라서 기본적으로 가격이 약간 높습니다.

아침 식사는 빵과 타르트, 요구르트 등을 자유롭게 먹을 수 있어서 매우 맛있었습니다. 그만 먹어 버렸습니다. 내가 묵은 방은 욕실이 방 밖에 있었기 때문에 조금 불편했지만, 매우 저렴하게 묵었기 때문에 좋았습니다. 역에서 5분 거리에 도착하는 곳에 있습니다. 가는 골목을 들어간 곳에 있으므로 조금 알기 어려워요. 호텔 근처에는 싸고 맛있는 피자 가게가있었습니다! 체크아웃 후에는 짐을 맡겨주었습니다.
