'Hotel que se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta, cerca de la plaza central del pueblo, con parking propio. Habitación amplia y cómoda con aire acondicionado, pero le falta reforma en la pintura de la habitación. Consta de un excelente restaurante para cenar y gran desayuno incluido en el precio. Quizás lo que menos me gustó fué el personal de recepción, que aunque es agradable... no informan de todas las posibilidades de ocio del pueblo. Ya que cuentan con un gran cenote a unas calles, que ni me mencionaron, cuando pregunté.'

'Amazing stay – Highly recommended! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there. They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring. Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!'

'Excelente lugar, gran construcción y muy limpia, ambiente amigable y respetuoso por parte del personal . La comida excelente. Única observación: El aire acondicionado de mi habitación comenzó a tirar agua dejando un amplio charco en la habitación, únicamente se me proporcionó una toalla para yo secar y se me indicó que únicamente podía usar el aire en 25 grados. Fuera de eso todo bien.'

'호텔은 실제로 사진보다 환경이 좋습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 방이 오랫동안 비어 있으면 냄새가 난다는 것입니다. 오랫동안 어내야하지만 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 공간이 넓고 침구가 편안합니다. 위치가 매우 편리합니다. 레이아웃도 신중하고 주차장이 있습니다. 서비스 직원도 꽤 좋습니다. 교차로에서 지하철과 조식 가게가 있으며 중심가까지 도보로 5분 거리에 있습니다.'

'Nice hotel about 10 mins walk from centre. Restaurant on site mercado 41 was excellent. Breakfast a little hit and miss but fine. Nice little rooftop pool and lounge area.'
