"A hotel that should have 4 stars! Located in a historic building, don't be fooled by the entrance from an old building. On the first floor with an elevator (also accessible to disabled guests), you'll find a designer hotel with furnishings that will amaze you! The rooms are bright and equipped with every comfort. The bed has a very balanced mattress, the bathroom includes a courtesy kit with a large glass shower and multiple jets, creating a welcoming and unique atmosphere. A minibar and a spacious wardrobe, all accompanied by the wooden floors carefully cleaned every day with daily change of towels and pillowcases, ensure that I will gladly return. Breakfast offers three very good choices with a wide assortment and is served at the table. It costs 10/15 euros, but it's worth it! The cost of the overnight stay is fair with superior service. The kindness and attention of the very discreet but attentive staff make the difference!"

"What they do not tell you: this is a series of rooms on the second floor of a 19 th century office building on a very busy street across from the harbour pier. It is extremely difficult to find, you cannot park your car in front to unload your luggage, (taxi stand in front) and if you actually manage to find the entrance you have to carry your stuff up six ( count ‘m!) stairs. No elevator. Repeat: no elevator. You are met by a friendly enough lady, who will bring you to a room that is eclectically furnished with old stuff. Repeat: OLD stuff, with lots of cushions and even puppets. Nice if you are into quaint, creaky and boutique. Slightly less nice if you want some practical comfort. The rooms are NOISY. Not just from the outside traffic (forget double glazing) but also from loudly creaking the wooden parquet floors, the gaps and drafts from under the room doors but also from the thin walls. If your neighbours are having a good time, believe me: you will know - audibly as well as kinetically. - If you are lucky - as we were- there may even be a pop concert with local bands on the square outside in the weekends, literally: ninety metres from your bed. If my information is correct, this pleasure will be bestowed upon the unsuspecting visitor every Friday and Saturday during the summer season. - Very well located to the inner city. ( actually: part of it) You may find a parking space on the harbour pier. If not: good luck to you. Triest is not the most welcoming of places for cars. - Bathroom: good. Breakfast: adequate: (coffee, sweets,cheese, prosciutto, canned fruits, marmelade, yoghurt, friendly lady) - Price/ quality: Completely out of whack. This place should cost about 80, = € per night per room at the very most, including hearing protection."

"예약은 확정되었지만, 제공된 PIN이 작동하지 않아 45분 넘게 기다려야 했습니다. 비상 연락처는 연락이 닿지 않아 연락이 닿지 않았습니다. 영어를 선택해도 상담원이 전화를 받지 않아서 이탈리아어를 해야 했던 것 같습니다. 게다가, 엄청 화가 난 남자가 도시세를 받으러 일찍 깨웠는데, 아파트에 들어갈 수 없다는 사실은 아랑곳하지 않고 무례하게 경찰에 신고하겠다고 협박했습니다. 저는 동의했고, 발로 문을 막아버렸습니다. 그래서 이탈리아어를 못하는 관광객에게는 절대 그곳을 추천하지 않습니다. 정말 악몽입니다."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Urbanauts Studio Apartment in Trieste. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly well organised. The apartment I stayed in (no.26 deluxe apartment) was spotless, beautifully designed with all mod cons, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect place to return to after a day of exploring Trieste and the surrounding sightseeing spots. The location was ideal—I could easily walk to the waterfront, cafés, restaurants, and all the main sights. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. It had blackout blinds (a must for me) and absolutely great windows that blocked out any noise from the street (but there was very little tbh). A special thank you to Aurora, Simone, and Laura, whose communication was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed to make my sightseeing more informed. Their warmth and professionalism really made a difference and added a personal touch to my visit. My stay really did exceed all my expectations, and Urbanauts played a big part in making my time in Trieste so memorable. I left wishing I could have stayed longer and would happily return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in Trieste. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect."
