'What I really like Really clean, spotless clealiness👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, the friendly and supportive staff ( both day shift and night shift, the English speaking male at night I think I spotted his name tag with name starts with A, and the beautiful silver hair English speaking lady on day shift, they were really really helpful and supportive. I am very grateful), really comfortable place. Would I recommend ? Yes. Would I come back if given a chance and all else permits? Yes !! For company's consideration.. The room is almost perfect.. if you could please consider.. please don't use paper cup if possible ? But that's just my personal preference, nothing wrong with it :) Sometimes I could smell cigarette smell even if I am not smoking. I guess this is ventilation/ building structure, and it is not a shortcoming. One of the smaller light bulb on the left in the wall lamp is out, please consider replacing the bulb when all else permits but the three lightbulbs wall lamp works fine without one bulb. Take you for the marvellous service and place. Please take care.'

'我們預訂的尊貴房，可以無限進入spa的房型，房間浴室和衞生間的裝潢很有檔次感 屋子裡的設施也比較新，藍牙音響很不錯泡完spa可以躺在房間聽音樂，床很大很舒服，躺上就像被海綿裹住，咖啡、茶包、熱巧克力都為客人準備好了，每天都有更新！整個前台服務團隊非常的熱情，由於我帶了狗狗，他們還贈送了我兩衹狗狗的毛毯、便捷水盆、便捷飯碗，以及一個裝這些東西的布袋子，非常的貼心，而且退房時衹收了一衹狗狗的錢！酒店住客可免費享用spa，晚上7點以後就感覺像包場一樣，人很少，酒店餐廳環境也很不錯，樓下停車場也很安全！各個方面都很滿意！（吐槽一下，我作為雅高的鉑金會員，都沒有得到過狗狗的禮物😡 總之如果下次去，衹會住在這裏'
