We came to this hotel after a long flight tired with two kids. Little one needed milk and the other one wanted iced water. This was at 10pm and the receptionist was really kind. The rooms were super clean. Bathroom was spacious. We stayed two nights. It was really close to Gardaland 15 to 20 min. The breakfast was good too. There was bit of everything. Freshly made crepes were loved by kids. The manager of the hotel was really friendly and helpful. There is a water park in front of the hotel that looked really nice but we didn’t had time to go. There is nothing bad to say about this place but to say excellent.

The fabric of the hotel is very good. Clean and fresh and so it should be as I believe it has recently been refurbished. If you want a hotel where there is daytime/night time entertainment this is not for you. It is generally a quiet relaxing hotel. Children are allowed but they will have to provide their own entertainment. There are three pools, one in the spa, one adults only and one that children can use. The pool bar was not in operation while we were there. The hotel is a 50 min walk from the town of Lazise on reasonable paths that are shared with cyclists. But you take your life in your own hands as the cyclists and scooter riders just fly past with no warning. A taxi into town costs 15-20 euro. There is no shuttle bus at the hotel even though it indicates there is on the trip advisor hotel listing. And to the reviewer who says it is a 5 min walk to the lake..you are wrong. I would say it is at least 15 mins and that includes a shortcut through a vineyard and a campsite. The rooms are a decent size. Storage for clothes could be improved with more drawer/shelf space. There is a fridge (no mini bar) which on arrival has two bottles of water in. It seems pot luck as to whether the water is replenished. A good size TV but maybe only 3 English channels (news). The bedside lamps are quite dim...not enough light to read by. All rooms have a balcony or terrace for ground floor. There was no milk to make hot drinks. We purchased some from the local supermarket. Breakfast is more or less typical for a holiday hotel. Fresh fruit..well melon and pineapple, yogurts. Continental style with meats and cheeses plus a pastry section. Don't expect a full English here.... there is bacon, fried egg and sausage but that is all. The food was a decent quality. There is a gripe I do have in that when the bread ran out we were tod it was finished and no more would be coming out.....this wasn't at the end of the breakfast sitting but with still 45 mins to go. NOT ACCEPTABLE. One thing that we observed was a family who loaded up breakfast food of all description including fresh fruit, as well as taking water bottles from the display and then blatantly took it back to their rooms. They took plates piled high and filled bags. It wasn't as if they were having breakfast in their rooms as they were eating breakfast in the dining room. They were clearly taking food to eat later in the day! The staff knew but did nothing. Maybe that is why they ran out of bread. We only dined in the evening twice. The menu is not extensive .....in fact there were only two choices of main meal. Other course were labelled starter, first course, second course, so maybe you are supposed to have one of each course because the size of the main dish is not huge. If you have a decent appetite you will need more than one course. The main problem with this hotel is the lack of staff. There was not enough waiting staff at all so tables were delayed in getting cleared and more importantly food

Ho pernottato solo una notte in questo albergo ma mi sono trovata molto bene. Ho prenotato una camera doppia vista lago e devo dire che in effetti la vista è stupenda. Il personale è gentile e attento, siamo arrivati prima del check in e ci hanno permesso comunque di accedere alla piscina, che è bellisima in quanto anche da qui si ha un ottima vista sul algo, in quanto l'albergo è su una piccola collina. la camera comoda e spaziosa con un bel terrazzo con tavolino e sedie per godere del panorama. Bagno fornito di set di cortesia in flaconi ricaricabili, molto green! Alla sera abbiamo cenato in albergo, le tagliatelle erano ottime! Colazione a buffet molto ricca, che si può gustare sulla terrazza. Leggendo altre recensioni mi ero preoccupata dei runori, in effetti si sente il rumore della ventola del bagno della camera accanto, ma di notte è stato tutto tranquillo e ho dormito bene. nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole
