Hotel muito bem localizado permitindo os passeios a pé. O quarto era limpo e a cama muito confortável. É um hotel simples mas que oferece tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia curta em Toledo. O café da manhã é simples e sem grande variedade. Senti falta de ovos já que o café consiste basicamente de pão, croissant e frutas; mas o café oferecido pelo hotel é rápido, o que lhe permite sair para passear logo cedo.

My husband and I drove back from Portugal and decided that we were going to stop off in Toledo. We stayed at this hotel. What an amazing hotel it is. And the prices are very affordable.The building is beautiful (architecture). Felt like we were in a tiny castle. The staff welcomed us (we came a bit late). They suggested where we go to eat (local food with the locals)at that time, they even explained the rules and closing times etc re that city during this time and corona restrictions. The room we stayed in was amazing. View of the whole city. We had an amazing terrace/patio.We were taken aback by the view we had. The bathroom was big-commodities included-soap etc. Bidet included. Heating was good. Modern furnishings. In the winter the floors are normally cold in Spain (throughout), this hotel was almost as if they had floor heating (who knows). It has a very warm, cozy feeling to it. The bed was comfortable and extra linen provided. Internet worked well. This hotel should be a 4 or 5 star hotel. A short walk into the city, the location is absolutely perfect. Adriana and all at reception were friendly and helpful. Now that we have discovered this hotel, we will be back for sure. Thank you sooo very much for the hospitality displayed Los Cigarrales, keep up the great work. Perfect!!! Now go....book!! :)

호텔은 Old Pisague Gate 옆에 있으며, 구시 가지 길을 따라 왼쪽 바로 아래에 있습니다. 호텔 내부는 아름답지만 객실은 작으며 위생이 좋습니다. 호텔은 버스 정류장과 가까우며 도보로 약 10 분, 모든 경사면이 약간 피곤합니다. 구시 가지에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 200m 떨어진 편의점이 있으며, 중국인이 운영하고 있으며 주인은 매우 친절합니다. 여전히 권장됩니다.

Llegamos al lugar a media tarde y no había nadie en recepción, ni al llegar ni al salir por la mañana, el sitio en sí es bonito, muy bien decorado, con bonitas paredes de piedra y ladrillo y habitaciones amplias con techos muy altos. La habitación estaba limpia pero tan sólo teníamos una sábana y una colcha muy fina como de verano, había una manta en una balda pero también era fina, la habitación estaba muy muy fría y cuando encendimos la calefacción no calentaba, llamamos al teléfono que habia en la puerta del hotel y a la 3 llamada nos cogieron diciéndonos que podíamos coger otra manta ya que la calefacción supuestamente calentaba perfectamente. Estuvo puesta toda la noche, metiendo un ruido infernal que sumado al del agua que caia por las tuberías del piso de arriba impedía el sueño, en ningún momento la habitación cogió una temperatura para estar cómodos, pasamos frío y encima la ventana (encima del cabecero) no tenía persiana ni estor que quitase correctamente la luz y el frío se colaba por debajo de la cortina directamente a nuestras cabezas. Por no hablar del baño, ahí ni entraba el aire “caliente” de la calefacción y al tener ventana estaba helado, el agua caliente tardó un montón en salir y en la ducha se te pegaba todo el rato al cuerpo la cortina ya que la habían puesto muy cerca de la pared y apenas tenias espacio. La habitación no estaba bien aislada porque se oia a la perfección la gente que pasaba por la calle y la puerta de entrada al hotel. Por todo ello la experiencia ha sido mala, no volvería a repetir ni recomendaría este establecimiento a nadie, juegan únicamente con que la decoración es bonita pero confort muy decepcionante. El barrio en el que se encuentra también es un poco desangelado, poca iluminación y con no demasiada buena pinta.
