"We are well travelled and stayed in lots of 5 star hotels along with 2/3 star apts. So an informed fair review we feel .. We are sat waiting to leave after 10 lovely days in a one bed apt . The apartments are what we expected , comfy firm beds, nice sheets . Great patio area and sunbeds with mattresses ! Cleaning team are efficient and friendly , however on 2 occasions they did not leave clean towels . ( they are not changed every day which is fine ) they just forgot to replace them . Kitchen area is fine and served its purpose . Bathroom good as grab rails for my husband safety . It was cold for a few days when we arrived so be prepared you have to pay for any heating or cooling as you rent the remote control . Think around 8 50 euros a day ? Check out is 12 which is good. Scooter access to room was superb . Ramps all over Would we come back ? We did say yes …however upon checking out we had to wait for a while for our airport pick up . There is one table and one chair outside in shade ( in fact at all ) I asked reception if I could take a chair from inside to sit in fresh air instead of reception area . They said no ! Said they would get one . I went back after 15 mins as none turned up .. he said he’d asked . After another 10 mins I asked again , no show , so I hunted round and got one from outside myself .. I actually felt really annoyed that they couldn’t be bothered to come tell me no chairs available to sit and wait around pool area . Well 1 ! That’s it . Unbelievable attitude and lack of caring for their guests . My husband said he felt like guests are an inconvenience ..( to reception staff ) I am very disappointed with the way the manager? (Whoever was sat in the office and couldn’t be bothered to come out when I went back twice to complain..) And point blank refused to allow us to get a chair . My husband is disabled , his scooter has gone back , we didn’t want to sit inside the dark reception area . The 2 sofas they have are soft and low and he would struggle to get on and off . Pity that the attitude of the hotel staff made us feel like this as I would recommend the place . As long as you don’t expect any warm welcome or goodbye . We stayed last year at las gaviotas which was not as accessible , not the same standard ( not 4 star ) however the staff couldn’t be more accommodating . Got a ramp so we could get the scooter inside . Annoying end to a great holiday ."

"1st off the hotel is beautiful 9/10,v.clean, saw a few ants&that’s all.The most mess is made by the people not picking up their cups,plates etc but they have staff on hand for this but if every1 picked up after themselves it would be a 10.2ndly,the staff.Wow Bakour you would be lost without them.amazed at how great animation crew was,Danni &javi &thibaut were fantastic. Me&husband did a sangria lesson with javi, thibaut &2ladies&it was great.Very funny&really appreciated they spoke in French,Spanish&English so we all understood.Javi did a fitness class in pool which I enjoyed &even kids joined in.thibaut played chess with my eldest for hours which we really appreciated&he really enjoyed!They also bring the Matt out in the pool every other day which is a HUGE hit with the kids&some adults lol!Danni did archery with the kids&games which they loved.My kids were never bored, age 15.12&8. &the life guards! Especially ones in the pic r AMAZING, they were fantastic with my kids i was never worried my kids weren’t safe&after hearing about a drowning in the past I was concerned but no need they were fabulous.They played with the kids&husband haha &we miss them lots already!If this hotel didn’t have the animation team or these life guards we wouldn’t come back.They make the hotel 1000% we can not thank you all enough for how hard you work&how dedicated u are 2making guests happy. &how much you made our holiday! The staff in the restaurant & bar staff are also amazing. The only negatives now… The hotel is situated in a great location, lidil around the corner, mc Donald’s 10 mins away, pharmacy next door, however you are at the top of a hill - if you have mobility issues & if you want to go to restaurants at the bottom-get a taxi it’s about 4 euros.U can ask the hotel 2order you one also.other critique from us was the food.it was hit or miss.All inclusive and the snack bar was 100% a hit and desserts in the restaurant but found the food in the restaurant wasn’t really to our taste, only went for breakfast x1 &didn’t see sausages, bacon&scrambled egg I’m sorry wasn’t worth the walk to breakfast.So I just left it.But I’ve heard so many other people say the weeks before we went the food was amazing so maybe it’s change of staff/last of seasonal foods-not sure.But for us because there’s the snack bar&restaurants close by it isn’t a huge deal.The other negative I’m afraid is the reception staff, when checking in it took forever, bare in mind 2 adults 3 kids been out 12 hours just want our room&the check in process was unnecessarily long.This was a guy when we arrived.Now upon checking out or any other time we needed reception there was an older woman,blonde hair. Again, so slow!People are checking in we are awaiting and waiting just to ask for a taxi to be ordered or something minor and she’s talking for England to other guests. I also wasn’t happy on the last day she left out suitcases and bags next to the reception when another guest said there’s a room near th"

"This hotel should never be introduced to families.For a start how can any families enjoy this hotel when you cannot have NO INFLATABLES in the pool.You cannot play with a ball in the pool!!! If you want a kettle in the room,you have to pay .... disgusting... full board,lunch,dinner you pay for all drinks INCLUDING WATER.... GOOD points it is clean,staff are friendly & the food is just OK.This hotel is for the old old people with respect.These holiday companies should not sell this to any young family.Also may I say the room needs a complete refurd,the shower looks like it came from the 1970s.What else can I say except young families read this & be aware!!!!!"
