Come enjoy this beautiful 1920’s Farm house perched on a hill in a lovely, quiet Takoma Park! This house offers tons of privacy, a huge back Yard (with a tree swing), and a nice front porch to sit and sip your coffee and overlook the neighborhood! It is also super accessible! You can be in DC in just minutes, nearly a straight shot to the beltway, and a nice walk to groceries, restaurants, cafes and metro! We are a block from a park with a natural spring and deer will often stop to say hi!The SpaceThe whole space is yours! The house’s main floor consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen with a laundry closet. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (1 with a king bed, one with a twin and one with a full) and the bathroom. (**One important note: the hallway to the bathroom and the full bedroom is VERY narrow to the point that it could be uncomfortable for larger guests. We have never had any guests express any issues, but we do want people to be aware of this feature.**) One of the bedrooms has a loft area where there is access to an air mattress for additional sleeping options. Please let us know if you would like that set up!The back yard has room to run! Or I just with friends with plenty of space for social distancing... their is a charcoal grill for you to use as well!About pets:No pets allowed.Pets must approved and require a $150 (USD) fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
'Room cleanliness is above average. Large parking lot. clean the room daily. A bit far from the center but acceptable for the price. will come back and stay here'
'Property is located on the main road. Clean and neat property. Little expensive for the size of the room but seems fine. All basic amenities are present. The receptionist, Faith is super warm and friendly.'
'They saved the day. I got the runaround at the doubletree in silver spring that same day. Totally unprofessional setup those guys have. The Marriott courtyard however is a spot I been to several times and never had a bad experience.'
