The hotel was under construction so there were some workers practically blocking the front door of hotel. The wallpaper in the halls was torn due to the construction. The maid service knocked on our door at 9 am and checkout was not until 12. A future recommendation is to maybe have the maid service wait until checkout time to start knocking on doors of rooms that are occupied. The lady at the front desk was great and very helpful. It was a it of a disappointment to pay over $125 when the hotel was under reconstruction which was a bit of a bother to the guests. I was in the elevator with some other guests complaining about it also.

Check in was super smooth and the room was very nice. The only negative was how flat the pillows were. My husband was not able to sleep very well because of them.

Great room! Great location, great breakfast!

Just a quick overnight stay for work. Staff was pleasant, though both times I went to the front desk, I had to look around for someone to help me. The hotel itself looks a little tired, like it needs a refresh. The worst part of the stay was the homeless population hanging around outside the hotel. I will try another hotel next time I'm in Waco.

Very clean and nice stayed here for a weekend trip to races
